I ordered a Bahama Mama Smoothie and a Thai Chicken Salad to go. Though my smoothie was good, I realized when I got to my destination that I had instead received a Caesar Salad, with no dressing, and no eating utensils. I tried to call the number, it was an automated system and would just disconnect.
I drove all the way back to the location, and one worker graciously remade my order. However, there was a customer waiting to have their order taken for far too long (at least 5 mins), with no one at the service counter and at least 4 workers in the back room having a pow-wow on their phones (3 female, 1 male: you can see one formal on her phone in the dark back room in the last photo of this review, all the other workers were back there with her). When I looked behind the counter, I realized how incredibly dirty this location actually is, even the shirts the employees were wearing were just nasty dirty on the front. There’s far too many young people working with no actual adult guidance or direction. I have reason to believe the reason my order was messed up, per my observations while I was waiting for the remade order, is due to typical teenage behavior of one person doing all the work while others are slacking, as the young girl who actually made my order seemed frazzled and stressed while I was trying to explain to her what was wrong with my order, all the while the others didn’t care one bit and continued with their gossip about a door dash driver and the drama from it that happened earlier in the day and then continued the group pow-wow to the back room. As a small business owner myself, I recognize this to be lack of proper management (or MIA management), reflecting directly to the location owner. Looking back on other reviews, something needs to be done at this location from Corporate.

When we got there, no orders were in the cabinet they place online orders when they are ready. So, we went to the counter and the gal asked when we ordered it and what time it was supposed to be ready. I showed her the email confirmation and she said it wasn't ready yet. So, my daughter and I took a seat to wait. We waited about another 10 minutes and asked again. They said they didn't have any orders waiting. I showed them the email again and they said they had made the order already. I told them that we hadn't received it. They apologized and said someone else must have taken it. They made our order for us and it was ready pretty quickly. I think the orders should be kept behind the counter and you have to ask for it by name to receive it.
