We were very excited to try this place because we heard they could make vegan meals. Upon arrival the entire restaurant smelled like turpentine and paint. It was hard to breathe in there but we managed. They had a few fans but the windows and doors were closed. We live 45 minutes away so when we finally got home and opened up the food it all smelled and tasted exactly like the turpentine/paint smell in the restaurant. Nothing was edible. Even the egg rolls. We called to let them know and all they could offer was to refund 50% of the $54 dinner order. Since we live so far away we couldn't exactly bring the food back. This is really sad. We were really looking forward to what everybody says is a good meal there. Everybody there is friendly and nice, I just wish the food experience could have been better.

First, this place is expensive. I paid my fried rice for $10 and the quality was very poor. what is that pink colored pork??!!! I don't understand. that pink color pork made rice pink and I completely lost my appetite. Second, no utensil. how could I eat this? with hand? UGH never gonna use this place anymore. I wasted my $10!!!!!!!

No taste whatsoever. The pork fried rice tasted the same as the chicken lo mein. Chicken not trimmed well cartilage and bones still on the “sesame chicken” also I have never seen a sesame chicken this brown color. Legit the worst Asian food I’ve had. Put it this way I spent $37 and I’m throwing it out and making food.

Well, well, more rude Mainers... I placed an $80 delivery order and tipped $16. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! I had previously placed an order with this restaurant and noticed my quart of wonton soup did not come with the crunchy noodles that is customary. I believed it an oversight. This time, the soup portion of the meal consisted of 2 quarts of wonton soup and a small egg drop soup, which, I might add, the person eating the egg drop soup said was horrible and asked me to throw down the drain. And again, we were given no soup noodles. So, I called and while explaining the situation was hung up on by a very rude man. What kind of service is this? This would NEVER happen back home in Manhattan. I am amazed at the stupidity of human beings these days. There is a VERY nice woman who works there but that is it. I gather no one in this area has heard of customer service (except this one woman) and if they want to lose customers, they have just lost four and hopefully anyone who reads this article. As for the food, the pepper steak with onions had VERY LITTLE BEEF AND LACKED FLAVOR, the Singapore mei fun with shrimp was BITTER and the noodles were UNDER COOKED. The wonton soup had NO FLAVOR and the General Zso's chicken was NOT COOKED PROPERLY. If I were you, do what this chef does when not as tired as I was today - cook your own Chinese food. My roommate is Chinese and says mine is top notch. No one deserves to be treated like this. Save yourself the grief. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE AND THE SERVICE, DEPLORABLE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF THROWING IT IN THE GARBAGE LIKE WE DID...

Just moved to Bangor and wanted to find a good Asian food place and we found it. Sooooo good. We both loved what we got. I got done Hunan beef and it was really fantastic. We are for sure coming back. Good prices too.

Okay, I've updated my review and have to say I can't give it five stars anymore. We have eaten there for about 5 years and last year or so the food has gotten so spicy we have a hard time enjoying it and my husband grew up in South American eating spicy spicy. Also I'm constantly getting shafted on meat. I'll order a $10 meal and literally get all broccoli and five tiny pieces of meat in the hunan beef. Our friends who we always take there loved it too, but we all say the same thing, too spicy meat/chicken and inconsistent. There are some still wonderful dishes there, but some things that aren't good now.

Thai tofu is good, their noodle dishes too. We mainly are struggling with hunan beef, sesame seed dishes, and general...

I don’t even want to give this place even one star. I paid $50 for a meal from this place and it was uneditable. I called and let them know I was not satisfied, did not ask for different food and offered to bring back the food we ordered to prove we didn’t eat it. They hung up. I called again, they ignored my call. So I went to the restaurant to speak with them and try to get some sort of refund or something to make it right as it was not cheap. And the owner and the staff screamed at me in my face and my boyfriends face. Shoving food at us to “prove” it was fresh. I demanded a refund as at this point I was being ambushed by 3 people. They threw snow peas at me and told me they had to pay rent so no refund, well I have to pay rent too and I just basically threw $50 out in the trash. He threw $20 at me and said he will get police involved. All I wanted was for them to make it right. Highly recommend you spend your...
