Diamonds Gentlemen’s Club — Restaurant in Bangor

First off lets start this review off with my experience with gentlemans clubs. Since I was fortunate to travel to other countries and more than a handful of states in the U.S with my previous job I was able to see a few gentlemans clubs on my travels. Anyways prior to last night I had been to Diamonds before. Initial impression was that the club was definitely not on point. The setup was ok but was in need of some attention. The talent in my opinion was not great. The shot girls and bartenders were much more attractive and seemed to have better personalities than the dancers as far as making your evening pleasant and memorable. I never judge an establishment from the first visit as I know that bad nights are inevitable. After a few more visits my opinion remained unchanged. In conversation with people about night life and where to go I told them that they would have to go and judge for themselves as my opinion and what gentlemans clubs should be like may differ from theirs. its most certainly the place to go if you want to go to a gentlemans club because in all honesty what other choice do you have?

However I visited Diamonds last night and was shocked. Not sure when they changed things around but I think the place looks much better. The layout is much more functional, the lighting has been changed and looks great. As a whole the place looks "fresh!" Unfortunately I went during a week day and somewhat early in the evening in terms of a the prime to visit so there were only a handful of people. Looking around at the dancers I was actually impressed. From the last time I went and until now there have been major upgrades and not necessarily in the silicon sense. The girls look amazing! Only got to chitchat with one since I didn't stay very long but she was great. Excellent personality, very easy to talk to and she was gorgeous! The dancers were not only gorgeous they were much more talented. The bartenders and shot girls still seemed to be on point maybe even better.

I will be visiting Diamonds again at a more prime evening and time. This way I can really see how much better this place has gotten. As it stands I think that after a few more visits Diamonds I believe that I will tell people they should go because its worth there time and money because at the end of the day that whats...

So the first thing I noticed was one of the doors was held together with tape which was an obvious red flag, my brother and I still walked in and were greeted inside. The vestibule was very pleasant and that is the nicest thing I can say about this place, the girls are ok from what I saw. The waitress we had came and got our orders then returned for the money which was very odd, she then grabbed our drinks for us which again is odd. I finished my beer first and then never saw her again. Most of the women here avoided us and one eventually came over to chat, she seemed very nice unfortunately I couldn't hear her over the music so that was an issue. I mean they have a good location, but this place as well as management can do so many things to improve the experience and actually shine like a diamond instead of being more like a...

My wife and I showed up with a group of couples, we started out sitting along the walls to observe. Every time the dancer with drinks walked by I put $20 in her thong and gave a small tap on her butt. I soon realized she was walking by every 5-10 minutes (guessing she started to notice the tips) Anyway, she finally got on stage, I went up to watch, throw $2 bills whatever. When she came to me I stood up and gently placed a $20 in her thong, gave her a pat on the butt and told her how great she was doing......Security came up immediately, caused a scene and told me to go sit somewhere else or he was going to throw me out.
