I have used Print Bangor in the past to help with other family/friends with event planning with great results. I had envelopes that I needed printed for a personal event. I had dropped the envelopes off and following at least a week they were ready to be picked up. The envelopes were all printed incorrectly, all 70+. Nobody at any point had thought to proof them. Print Bangor did agree to complete the project that same day but upon picking them up a second time they continued to be formatted incorrectly. I am just a little disappointed in the customer service e provided, being met with an âoopsâ without apology. The man that addressed my order upon the second misprint was very professional and did issue me a refund, I just wish a little more thought was put into the project. Due to time constrictions, I donât have the option of waiting the weekend or waiting in Bangor (especially travelling an hour + to pick up items I called ahead that were said to be ready for pick up by staff) to see if they were able to print them correctly a third time. Just disappointed, especially considering the luck I have had with them...

Read moreI brought in a book to have two opposing pages copied and had marked the pages with a post card that had come with the book (offering free additional materials). When I returned home I found the post card missing and called to inquire, but to my disappointment I was told in a happy and nonchalant manner that, âNo one has seen it. Happy holidays.â Surely it didnât grow legs and run away. So unprofessional. In addition, an entire row of numbers was missing from one side of all ten copies. Shouldnât the staff make one copy to be sure the alignment was correct before whipping off all ten? Once again the staffs response was a happy laugh and a simple, âOops, I hope thatâs ok?â Once again, incredibly...
