I recently had a luthier put pickups in my 🎸 and I've given this guy a lot of business and he's treated me good but I had a ground buzz in that guitar and he seemed not to want to spend the time to fix it after I've paid him. I called NK and spoke to the sales associate Darren who was very friendly and told me Chris the luthier was in. I went over and spoke to Chris about my problem and he said he would take a look for me. It was maybe an hour later he called me to tell me it's all fixed and only took 45min minutes when he could have probably charged me an hr. Been here twice so far, and will definitely keep coming back. Staff is super awesome, knowledeable and friendly. The prices are competitive, and the store itself is organized very well. Huge selection of amps as well as instruments. I've been very satisfied with all of my purchases, and the staff have always been able to help me find just what I'm after. I’ve been going to northern kingdom since I was 14 years old. These guys are so professional, and so great! I am so grateful for their prompt and excellent service, and the good conversation. I just dropped one of my guitars off yesterday late morning (11/3/2021) to get some minor work done on it, and they had it done for me by 4:00pm the same day!
