I usually don't post reviews on chain restaurants like this unless I have an exceptional experience- usually exceptionally bad. I've passed by so many times on my way to the Chipotle next door and wondered how they even get any business, it always seems empty when I do pass by. I decided to stop tonight after I went into Chipotle and I want to comment on a few things. First off, the restaurant smelled extremely weird upon entry. No clue what that was from; I was so hesitant to even try the food after but the workers attended to me so darn quick I didn't even have time to debate. I was in the store for maybe 3 minutes total, freaky fast if I'm being honest. I didn't care about the smell of the place after I walked out so I tried this perfectly wrapped little Thai burrito they just gave me and I just knew I had to look up their reviews and leave one myself. I'm not sure how they managed to walk out to their garden and pick the vegetables they put on my burrito they made in seconds but they were so fresh they had to have been picked while I was there. I hope they make this wrap a permanent option and I hope their reviews turn around because this place is wayyy better than a 3.6 star rating. Maybe it was a one time thing idk I'll update later bc I'm on my way back for another one 😂🤌 thanks to the Kaitlyn and Jason, this was an exceptionally great...
Read moreThis was horrible. Placed an order at 7 and got old bread, 2 slices of tomato, a smidge of onions (ordered extra onions) on giant subs, virtually no mayo (ordered extra mayo) and cucumbers (ordered pickles not cukes). When I called to complain I was told I should have said I wanted my order delayed so they could make fresh bread (I didn't specify a pickup time), then I was told the issue with the tomatoes, onions and mayo was it was near the end of day (they close at 8), and they made the sandwiches with what they had left - like putting cucumber vs pickles. So . . . The moral of this story is it was the customer's fault for placing an order 1 hour before close and expecting the sandwiches to be fresh and complete. Shame on the consumer for expecting a national chain to actually give you what you pay for! After challenging the person on the phone about blaming me for not asking them to provide fresh bread or state we actually meant extra mayo and onions and define cucumbers are not pickles - they offered me a refund - big deal. Sandwiches sucked and customer service was rude and non existent. Boycott the Barberton Ohio location until they realize they need to provide customers what they order and don't blame the customer for the...

If I could give a no star I would. NEVER order or eat at this Jimmy John’s location in Barberton Ohio. I love Jimmy John’s and order while working in Medina frequently. This location has messed up orders multiple times now, they take no responsibility to fix what they messed up and have horrible customer service. Tonight my husband specifically ordered a sandwich made as an unwhich, he also orders it with small modifications to the free additions to the sandwich. The order was incorrect, no free additions included and it was on bread. I was willing to eat it anyways, but when I tried the tuna the salt level was inedible. I called the store and they said if I have an issue to call corporate. They blamed my husband as to why the order was wrong, and wasn’t even willing to discuss the salt levels in their inedible tuna.
If you are looking for a decent Jimmy John’s location, this is not it. Don’t give...
