I am a recent employee who was promoted after three days of my start date wasn't trained on the cash register at all but was able to roll with the punches until I figured it out all cooks liked me because I would in addition to running the drive through window would also help cook and keep inventory in the back line. Although I ran the drive through window I also swept the parking lot made pizzas and washed dishes and after three days of employment I was given over thirty hours a week even though I was told before I was hired I could only work a maximum of fifteen hours in total a week I buckled up and held on for a plethora of 28 days in a row without a single day off in that run. I never received a pay raise I never met the owner and was always criticized for being new by my superior only one of them was critical to everything I did all I have to say about her work is not everyone is treated equally some are embraced and others are ostracized for no clear reason. She constantly put me down to feel adequate herself. She always rushed me never giving me a minute although setting down and talking to customers in the dining area was her forte. In conclusion this business is an unfair and I would say even criminally unsafe for an individual's mental health to work here. All I have to say for proof is the previous general manager was a bit hard nosed and I remember one single time over thirty cheesecake slices unaccounted for and only one person sets down and eats one almost every single day. I didn't eat at all while there I didn't take but 5 breaks in total in over forty five days and I was treated worse than you could even imagine it is clearly an inside family at this establishment and unless you are fortunate enough to run in those inner circles and be accepted you might as well not even be there. I never even witnessed a single person clean the glass in the front doors or the drive through window except for me Joshua Michael Burden and the general manager Trevor Goude which by the way might not have quite if mindy had not wasted so much food in the back line that by the time the month ended she had made sure profit was an imaginary subject. Thanks Mindy from Joshua...
Read moreTerrible! Worst Fazolis I’ve ever been to. Waited for more than 40 minutes for our food. (Food arrived correctly and tasted good) Beverages were all out, no carbonation, spoke to a few employees and they were no help. Tea was awful! No clean forks. Employees wearing ear pods, coming in off shift with friends, going behind the counter and feeling up some drinks before leaving. Used the restroom, bad idea it was filthy! Urine everywhere on the floor, dead cockroaches, and no paper towels to properly dry my hands. I wasn’t the only one with issues. One guy got cold food he had to return. A lady had her meal messed up twice! The one star would be for the taste of the food and random Halloween candy in buckets around the restaurant. Maybe it was management for the day or the full moon coming up, but I’ll never be back and would highly suggest you...
Read moreOrdered Alfredo and spaghetti dinner. Noodles were so dry, hardly no sauce at all. Ordered online still had to wait 20 minutes after driving there to pick it up. There were 4 cars in front of us also waiting for orders. Saw them set a bag of food on the counter while we were waiting. They brought out everyone's order in front of us and even gave an order to the car behind us while we were still waiting. Then the girl at the drive through came out and ask what order we were waiting for, told her and then the lady that was doing the cooking comes out from the back and picks up the bag of food that had been sitting there for 20 minutes, with drinks and brings it out to us. So obviously the food was cold when we got home, everything had to be reheated. There was no sauce to speak of. So we basically got dry cold noodles and two...
