Incredibly disappointed with the service. Three of us went through the drive thru expecting to make 3 quick orders only to be told they could only do 2 orders at a time which doesn't make any sense, but we went with it and ordered the first 2 orders and pulled up to the window. A woman named Kelly; according to the manager was working the window. We asked if we could order the 3rd order and she very rudely said "Nope." And closed the window and turned around while we were trying to communicate with her. The manager came to the window shortly after and we explained the situation and even the manager agreed that she was rude and out of line. We then got our food and pulled around the 2nd time for our 3rd and final order. We ordered and pulled up to the window and got our food. The 3rd order was missing the fried chicken tenders... the lack of friendly customer service and accommodation has made us never want to be a customer...

The manager was not concerned that there was a line of people she sent a waitress on a thirty minute break and the other manager had a don't care attitude. My two meals were prepared and sat in a to go bag and he started working on another order for the person behind me. I knew the two meals were mine because I watched him fix them so I asked the other manager to give me my food. The kitchen helper was not using gloves while preparing my food. She took a tissue or paper of some sort coughed/sneezed while the container was open. Then, he closed the container. I immediately requested a refund and told her how unsanitary that was. I will not be patronizing this location anymore, here in Bardstown, Kentucky. Thankfully, I was paying attention.
