Just. Wow. After working in the area for a bit, it’s only customary to have to find your favorite pizza spot in a new town. After trying the competition I was satisfied but very much so whelmed. Search after search, I finally stumbled upon Vinnie’s and walked in expecting to find just another pizza spot. You see, Vinnie’s is FAR from your average spot. Not only are the prices cheap, their slices are fresh and FANTASTIC. The only pizzeria I’ve been in that actually knows how to make a good cheesesteak slice and not make it taste like some strange Wawa meat. Within my first bite, I knew I was hooked. The staff is friendly, generous, and very timely and I’ve never had a complaint while always feeling welcome. To think I could stop here but after multiple visits I decided to really test the waters. How good was Vinnie’s pasta and could it actually match up to its superb pizza skills? I decided to check out their Tortellini Alfredo as good Alfredo comes a dime a dozen. It came with the usual side salad, bread, and a HUGE serving of Tortellini. I was literally drooling. The side salad was a great appetizer but I especially loved their choice of Ceasar dressing. The bread?? Soft, fluffy, warm, while still having a consistent texture. It was insanely good but to think that the entree, the Tortellini Alfredo, would be that good was an understatement. Not only was it at THE perfect temperature, the taste was phenomenal. Truly out of this world. The tortellini was soft and consistent. I’ve honestly never had better Alfredo out a pizza shop. I write all this to say I trust Vinnie’s to make ANYTHING good at this point. If they sold toilet paper, I’d go there over Walmart. Enough said.

Don't let this restaurants underwhelming exterior scare you away. This is one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to. You come in hungry for lunch and you leave with dinner, and lunch for the next day! Prices are fair and the portions are more than generous. I would be amazed if anyone can go through appetizers and an entree in one sitting, considering they also give you a salad and pasta (and of course, bread) to accompany your main dish. I had the Veal Parmigiana and it was delicious. As you can see from the picture, very generous amount of food (and cheese) for what I paid for. I definitely will want to come back here next time I am in town. Delicious little restaurant that is worth your time and money.

It's really not a bad pizza spot. They have some solid variety in their slices and can whip you up a pie in a few minutes. It's good pizza, but not close to great pizza. On barstool, this would be a solid 7.1. but because Google doesn't give that half credit, it gets 3 stars from me. Get a plain slice and doctor it up however you like it. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Tried Vinnies because was close to home. Really in the mood for a nice hot slice of pizza. 1 hour and 23 minutes later, order was delivered. We had to call to ask about our order as we were told 45 minutes to 1 hour. Wings, pizza and a chicken caesar salad. We're told it should arrive shortly. We are literally 3 minutes from the restaurant. The pizza was COLD. The wings were COLD. Asked the delivery person when he pulled up if it was hot..his response was "its fresh". Immediately Called to express my dissapointment when we opened the pizza box and it was COLD. The girl answering the phone was sympathetic and asked me to hold so she could speak with someone. Greg got on the phone and called me a liar. Told me there is no way it was COLD. When I questioned how he would know that as he was not here to see the pizza or the wings and he continued to insist I was lying. Said the driver had been back for 10 minutes already and there was no way it was cold. The time from opening the box to the call to the restaurant was less than 2 minutes from the delivery Although one customer probably makes no difference to their business...I urge you to take into consideration that the $40 bill means nothing compared to a business that can actually call a customer a liar. I would gladly have returned the cold pizza for a hot pizza and wings myself with an acknowledgment and explanation rather than an accusation and no accountability. I have no comment on the quality of the food because. How can anyone say COLD "fresh" pizza is worth a comment. Awful that "Greg" called me a liar.....this one customer will make it a point to urge potential customers to go...

My family refuses to come here after the past few years of terrible customer service. I can’t find a better fettuccini Alfredo so I still come for that. Placed an order for pickup and was really put off after the attitude I received from the woman answering the phone. I’m not surprised since they’re becoming known for being incredibly rude. I walk in to pick up my food and I hear the voice again, Nina is getting very frustrated with the man on the phone. She’s almost yelling at the man at this point for not knowing what development he lives in. I could only assume this was on old man because of the area, or it was a new customer. I was so disgusted with her attitude. She was trying to get him off the phone and have him call back because there was a “line”. It was myself and one person behind me and I was already being rung up. Nina did not handle that correctly and I really wish something would be done about the customer service here so my family would stop boycotting. I’ve been coming here for most of my life. It’s so disappointing to see this place go down hill for something that could easily...
