Says they close at 9pm on Sundays but they closed early at 4pm.The girl who helped me was very sweet but the married lady with blonde hair and glasses was extremely annoyed of us being there. My mom has a severe allergy to gluten and mentioned that and she kept giving my mother samples with gluten in the ice cream… we would have gotten out faster if she was more accommodating.

The black raspberry ice cream is freaking bomb if you stop by before they close early without signage.

Also don’t appreciate the manager stalking and looking me up through Facebook to attempt “apologize” when she never did. Instead defending herself:/ very strange you can’t apologize on Google review or contact the owner to do so. Instead of messaging me privately on Facebook. Please do not do that.

Response to the Owner: At every restaurant my mother goes to, she hast to announce her allergy. This was mentioned to your Manager Meagan at the moment we walked in. My mother asked for a few samples, and before she ate any samples she had to ask again and again if is it gluten free to double check. Better safe than sorry. One of the samples that your manager Meagan gave her had gluten in it, when my mom reminded Meagan again, she has a severe gluten allergy that can take her to the hospital, Megan did not apologize for the “mix up”at all instead she became completely flushed with annoyance all over her face and did not communicate the entire time she was helping my mother.

There is no argument or discussion about what happened because you will obviously keep defending your crew. I am doing my part by posting an accurate review on what happened and how both of your customers experiences were. I was going to post a great review until I heard how Meagan assisted my mother. And please let your employees know not to message me privately on Facebook, extremely creepy...

Took a trip to get the sugar free coffee ice cream, tried a sample before ordering. It was absolutely DELICIOUS, but full of coffee beans. I settled for vanilla, the other sugar free option, not quite as delicious, but still very good. Most importantly, there was no obvious Splenda taste. It was a little sandy from all the vanilla bean, but overall, well worth it. There were two CSRs working, one extra, extra friendly, the other perfectly nice but in contrast, a little less than welcoming. To be fair, though, they were not making it anyone else’s problem, it was just noticeable. I got coffee too. That was mad delicious. I would definitely go again. Super glad to have...

Today I was in Hyannis and we wanted lunch so we are tired of the same old spots and Saw Cape Cod Creamery..I live near the South Yarmouth one but I googled this location to see if they had lunch. They sure do. It was Delicious. We had the soup and 1/2 sandwich. Chowder was homemade. Not that cream and potatoes they pass off everywhere else. It was the best grilled cheese I've had in a restaurant...the bread was so good..Hot coffee was great...The young ladies were a delight. They both greeted us and were patient with our menu reading....I always knew the ice cream is fabulous..But I hope you try them out..Its our new go to spot. Thanks Cape...
