Starbucks — Restaurant in Barnstable

Great people. Very polite and the most important is that they take care and do everything they can to make sure that the customer is satisfied. I will consider myself a heavy coffee drinker and I like my coffee strong no sweetener no flavor no sugar. So i usually go with macchiato. Last 5 times I have ordered from Starbucks different location my coffee start coming with Caramel flavor. I was not happy about it, but I always said to myself maybe I did not order the right way. This time I ordered thru the phone app and got there still my coffee had caramel. Decided to say something this time and I asked the Barista does Macchiato always comes with caramel. This store is an example of why Starbucks has recently suffered problems with their customer base. Long, very long lines slowed down by understaffing. Then two weeks ago I went in to buy a drink and a pound of ground coffee but their grinder was down. That was ok things happen but I waited in a long line only to be told they couldn't grind the coffee. A simple sign on the door would have saved me time. But I returned today and after two weeks, their grinder hadn't been replaced. Again, I got that news after waiting in a long slow line as someone at the counter waited on customers and did all the food prep. Once again, a simple sign on the front door announcing that the grinder was not working would have saved me time and would have preserved me as a customer. But now, I will never shop...

Love this location, so quaint and cute. The first time I was there was 2 weeks ago. During my visit we sat outside amongst the flowers and the flowering trees. Really beautiful day in a really beautiful place, was really delicious quad espresso. The second time I went was a Sunday evening as I was traveling back home to New York. There were two young employees working. I had sent in a mobile order about 15 minutes prior. When I walked in my drink had not been made yet which isn't really that big of a deal. But considering there was no one else around I thought 15 or 20 minutes was sufficient to have it ready. The employees were chatting and being silly which of course is fine.. makes for a fun work environment but again mobile order shouldn't take 20 minutes when it's not even...
