Dunkin' — Restaurant in Barnstable

I love dunkin in general. But this location is absolutely atrocious. To start, there were 2 people selling and doing drugs by the front entrance. Not a good start. Go in the floor is disgusting, there's random boxes stacked against a wall. Not a good look. I stood at the register for atleast 5 minutes before my order was taken. It seems the girl with the red hair, and the girl with the pink flower bandana hair cover were both too interested in hiding behind the coffee machines than doing their jobs and taking orders. I waited 10 minutes for a messed up drink. And I noticed the next 2 customers behind me both waited for the girls to stop hiding to have their orders taken as well. I was in a rush and had to wait for about another 20 minutes for my messed up food order to show up. I was missing a sandwich and the one I got was wrong. The customer behind me also got a messed up drink and was able to get hers remade to some sort of acceptable form. Whatever you do, avoid this place. Cleanliness? None. Customer service? Non existent. Get what you order? Not happening. On a time crunch? Better spare 30 minutes to deal with all this. Wanna worry about drugs trying to get into the front door to get coffee? Then this is your place. I wish I could give a negative review for this place. Negative 10 stars is what I would give. Avoid this place at all costs. Try the other one...

I used to be a regular here, even though ordering my coffee 20 mins ahead they STILL wouldn't have it ready in time. A coffee. They have the rudest employees and the slowest turn around for service. I ordered a coffee on mobile order as I always do and went inside 15 mins later and surprise surprise it wasn't ready. So after 5 mins of standing there I said is my coffee done? They told me there was no mobile order. So I showed them my receipt that I did purchase it that morning and they all just looked at me like "well it didn't pop up so you're not getting it". Then the manager said "just make the coffee". That was the last time I ever went. Horrible service don't...

The morning staff are excellent, this is my go to Dunkin’s that I stop by every morning. Never had any issues, they consistently are polite/respectful, drive thru is quick and my coffee and food always come out great.

The bad reviews may be referring to the afternoon staff. I have come here before in the afternoon and didn’t have a great experience. Staff seemed lazy, coffee was made completely wrong, the guy asked me like three times how I wanted my coffee and still got it wrong three times in a row and had the nerve to talk trash about me to his coworker when he...
