Crumbl — Restaurant in Barnstable

The cookies/desserts are great, the service not so much. I had ordered online and when I got there I hit the Im here button. I went inside and went to the pick up area and waited. I could see that there were about 9 people working and made eye contact with most of them. I was completely ignored. Now it looked like 6 of them were making cookies so I understood that they were busy but no one even tried to acknowledge me. It wasn't until another customer came in and ordered that someone finally came out to the counter. She said something that I didn't really hear so I gave my name. She proceeded to just stare at me and then turned to the other customer to talk to her instead. She didn't say a word to me. After she was done with the other person she then asked for my name and then went and made my order. The cookies are so good the only thing is I would say the service could be better, I walked in for a pick up order the other day and stood there and everyone who was ordering in store got their orders before mine I mentioned it to them and they said “one sec” and I waited 15 mins more until I asked about my order and they said “oh I’ll get it for you now” and then I got them and the frosting was all melted off the cookies and one was undercooked. I've been to like every crumbl location in Massachusetts and I'm telling you this one is literally so freaking good. I can't believe it's actually near my house. It's so so so so good. If you didn't like crumbl before I think you should try this store because it will change your mind. The stuff is like full bakery quality like super good. Cooked all the way through and fluffy in the right spots and not too sweet....
