Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Barnstable

I ordered pizzas for an excited & hungry sports team on Nantucket - who were traveling back to Nantucket on the Hyline. I gave very clear instructions when ordering the pizzas well in advanced and tipped largely - as I was excited to get them fed and to surprise them with pizzas. I provided the woman (Diana) which boat, what time and provided the coaches phone #. The delivery guy (Alex) neglected to go to the Hyline, neglected to call the coach (rather kept calling a landline on Nantucket where the pizzas were ordered from- where no one was home, and was at the bus station across the street from the hyline. He said that was the address that was given to him. Once someone was able to speak to him, it was too late. The boat was gone. The woman who took my ordered refused to issue a refund and said no one did anything wrong. He had the pizzas there by 6:50 - even though he was at the wrong place and kept calling the wrong # Not happy and will NEVER be back and will continue to share my story with...

I have been going to Mikes for a few years , loved the pizza. But recently I ordered a pizza and my order got mixed up with someone else who took my pizza and left the store with it. The person returned just in time as the cashier realized she had given my pizza to the wrong pizza, she then took it from that person and attempted to hand the same pizza to me. I kindly asked for a new one, she told me a new SMALL pizza would take few hours to make. I get it, everywhere is short on help but why would you think handing me a pizza that left the store with someone else was hygienic? In the middle of a pandemic at that? That’s something you do not do in the food business. And yet you’re basically trying to have me take that pizza by telling me a small will take hours to make , when you were at fault for giving away my original order. I have not been back since as no one assisted me with the issue not even the manager on duty. Truly...

We’ve worked with Mike’s Pizza two years in a row now to cater our soccer tournament’s pizza party—over 300 people and two dinner seatings each time—and they absolutely knocked it out of the park both years! 🎉

From start to finish, everything was super easy. The team at Mike’s Pizza is so kind and accommodating, the food is delicious (people were raving about it!), and they even had great gluten-free options, which helped us make sure everyone was included. They were right on time with delivery, super organized, and honestly made what could have been a really stressful event feel smooth and fun.
