Pure Green - Juice Bar South Barrington — Restaurant in Barrington Township

I come to this place almost every week and get my Coconut Chia Acai. I always have a good conversation with the mom of the owner. She's very welcoming and her customer service is top notch. But, lately I have been seeing these 2 young blonde girls who work there and they both look like they hate their job especially the short snotty and mean looking bleached blonde girl. She didn’t acknowledge me when I entered the store. The customer behind me ordered his smoothie after me and she made his smoothie first instead of mine. When she finished making his smoothie, she just laid it on the counter without saying anything to him. So, the guy and I were just waiting. He didn’t know that his smoothie was ready. He kept waiting for like 2 minutes. So, I thought maybe I should say something to him and ask him if that smoothie is his. So, I did. He said “oh yes that’s mine, thank you.” The girl has no personality whatsoever. She didn’t say hi, nor say hello welcome in when customers come in. Omg what happened to friendly customer service nowadays? Ok so when she finished making my order, she also did the same thing! She just put my Coconut Chia Açaí on the counter, didn’t say anything to me if I need anything else, or if I need a bag or something! She immediately walked away when she put my order on the counter! So rude and unprofessional, gave me this negative vibe the rest of my day! I had to ask the tall blonde Girl for a bag!

I’m a very disappointed customer who goes there every week and buy my favorite Açaí Bowl and I will not go inside if I see that short snotty blonde again.

During one of my trips, I stumbled upon Pure Green and decided to give it a try. I stopped by for breakfast on my way to work and was truly impressed! The staff, particularly a wonderful woman behind the counter, provided exceptional customer service and helped me navigate through the gluten-free options available. I mentioned my interest in their cleanse and intended to return the next day to purchase it. However, I felt so great after trying their smoothie that I ended up returning after work. My 3 year old son and I visited Pure Green a couple of days ago, and we had such a great time! The menu is extensive, featuring a variety of delicious and healthy options. My son and I tried the Tropical Breeze,and it was soooo YUMMY and made with fresh ingredients. Even my picky toddler enjoyed it. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, I loved my interactions. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming, perfect for a quick stop or a relaxed hangout.
