Thrifty Ice Cream — Restaurant in Barstow

I didn't actually get a chance to eat there but one "gentleman" behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude to me when trying to figure out to maneuver through the gates as apparently we arrived at closing time. Although there are no signs, apparently he expected me to use "common sense" to know how to go upstairs and back down??? I didn't even know there was a second floor as I had only been to this place a couple of times!! But for sure, that was my last time!! DUDE, let me lock you inside of my office building and figure out if there is a second floor and that you need to go up and back down to get around a gate!! If there was a way around, how about you just leave the gate open until the customers are done???

Sorry to the subway store! I tried to get back to pay for and pick up my sandwich but wasn't in the mood to deal with the fore...

This is the first time that the person in charge denied me service because he is mad because another customer. Worse customer service in my entire life. I come to Barstow Station several times a year....
