The everything bagel was good, but the experience could have been better with a few customer considerations. $6 for a bagel and cream cheese, they put it in a bag and put a cup of ice cold cream cheese in the bag, making it impossible to put on and spread on a bagel, but they also don’t give you any silverware to spread it. I had to turn around and ask for a knife and was given a fork (think weak cafeteria style fork with deep grooves under the tines, making spreading anything a tough task). If I hadn’t noticed before leaving I would have been in the car with a dry bagel trying to scoop the rock solid cream cheese out of the cup with the bagel. My only recommendation would be to offer the put the cream cheese on for your customer, especially since it is a to go item, most will be eating in the car. Also, the price is higher than I would be willing to pay on a regular occasion. I have gone to coffee shops and gotten breakfast bagels for less with bacon, egg and cheese and felt better...
