The store itself was cute and I like all the products they made. I went because my sister recommended it as she gets a lotion bar from there. The lady at the front sitting behind the checkout however never greeted me or asked if I needed any help even though we made eye contact as I walked in. I finally found what I was looking for and walked to the front to make my purchase. Once again she never greeted me and the only words that she uttered were do you need a bag. Not my total not a thank you or have a nice day. I placed an order with them back in May and made several attempts to reach out to them regarding the order because I am a small business owner and needed the fragrance oil to make candles for paid customers. I received an email from them assuring me they would mail out my order ASAP, it is now going on August and I have not received my order nor a refund. I love this little shop!! I am sad they are moving (have moved?) out of downtown, but am glad they are still in business. They have the most delicious smelling candles, wonderful lotion bars, toilet spray, and car fresheners. The car freshener I bought from them lasted MONTHS.
