Braum's has the best quality that fast food could offer locally. The beef used for the hamburger patties, has the proper protein to fat ratio, and is a good flavor. This may sound silly, but when you're eating it, the patty actually tastes like beef. This isn't always the case with other forms of fast food. In short, you can tell that this is a 100% beef patty and not mixed with soy.
For health reasons, I do not consume ice cream or french fries on a regular basis. However, the few times that I've eaten those items from Braum's, They were certainly good.
Ask for the breakfast items, their sausage and egg biscuits, are some of the few fast food breakfast items that actually don't give me indigestion. This is because they're using products which don't seem to have a ton of preservatives, as you might find at other places.
In terms of the negative, all I can say is that there are moments, where service seems to struggle. This is not abnormal, and to be expected during peak periods. During those times, you will find common issues such as, a lack of napkins in the dining facility, or empty tea urns. To be fair, this doesn't happen that often, but it certainly does on occasion.
The staff members, are always kind, even when some of the customers are unfortunately rude to them. I hate to see customers mistreat staff in any business. That's not something that should happen. Nevertheless, the staff members handle themselves in a professional manner, and I can appreciate how they respond, even when others are antagonistic towards them.
Both Braum's locations in Bartlesville are very similar in the ways that I just described. Either would be a good location to have a meal when on the go. The drive-thru at either location is typically as fast as anyone could expect it to be. I've seldom experienced long waits for service at either store.
When you go there, please be kind to the staff. I'm not an employee and never have been. Regardless, it's important to remember that these folks are human beings and should not be treated rudely by we the customers. Hope that...
Read moreThey were very dirty, unorganized, and the staff was dirty. A young man fixing my milkshake kept wiping his hand on his clothes. Which he looked like he had been doing all day. He set my shake on the counter to help someone else and an older gentleman knocked it into the dirty sink, picked up the cup, the silver ring thing, scooped up what was spilled and set it back on the counter. The lady mixing the shakes grabbed it and started to mix it and I stopped her. She apologized and fixed me another one. Our food wasn't any better. My burger was burned. My husband's had onion which he specifically asked for none to be added, and it was cold. Mothers was cold and hard as well. It made all of us not feel well. The more I think about it the more I think not only was jut the front dirty. Was The kitched was dirty too? It was just a bad experience this time. I have been in there and everything was great, but this time was the worst I have ever seen it. And if the same dirty employees are there next time I...
Read moreWe went for a late lunch. Approximately 3pm I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries, my wife got a bacon cheeseburger (no tomatoes, no pickles) and fries. We got our drinks and sauces and headed out to find a table. Not one of them had been wiped down. Now, I could understand if we'd come in during a lunch rush but that wasn't the case there were maybe two or three occupied tables, so we wiped our table off and sat down. They called our number and I went and got our order. Mine was fine but they left the bacon off of my wife's burger so she took it and our receipt to the counter she told the lady what happened and the lady refused to take the ticket but took the burger. So she gets the new burger complete with pickles and tomatoes and has to send that one back as well, all because the woman refused to take the ticket. All in all the food was ok but the service was sub par at best. I think we'll try the other Bartlesville Braums next time because this one has made the...
