In passing stopped to look at this new place and one of the girls working seemed to not be having a good day or something because she happened to slam a cup down and seemed to have a chip on her shoulder all in front of a woman with a young child that were talking with her for an order. Maybe don't work around people if you having a rough day, you are there representing a company and you are being the face of the company and saying this is how the company is, this is the first point of contact with this company and how it portrays to the world. We love bubble wrapped but they are now super slow on several things. I don’t usually review things in this manner because things happen but twice in one week online orders were ignored/unnoticed until we showed up at counter. The system doesn’t make noise(y’all should fix that) but the response when asked if they didn’t at least glance over at the ticket printout every few minutes was “we doooo but we don’t usually get online orders.” Call me crazy but if you offer online orders you should handle them with the same attention.
