Wingstop — Restaurant in Bartlesville

My boyfriend and I decided to stop on our way home to try out the new wingstop in bartlesville. I had my 3 month old puppy with me and we brought him in because it was 96 degrees out today. We ordered our food and we were paying and the manager came up and asked if he was a service dog. I told her it was not a service dog we just brought him in because we didn't want to leave him in the hot truck. She then said if hes not a service dog we had to take him out which was fine the outside of their building was shaded. Then she went on to say he had to have papers and be taged and marked as a service dog. I waited outside we got our food and I informed the manager that it was illegal to ask for anything besides what task the animal performs and if it's a severe animal. You are not allowed to ask for the certificate and the animal is not required to be marked either. I then told if someone came in here with a service animal and she asked for papers she could get sued or the company sued for violating the American Disability Act. Food was fresh & hot. Service was great for us. Friendly smiling. I like that everything was stocked better than Tulsa stores. They even had wet wipes !!! (I've been to 7 Wingstop's in 3 states and no one else had wet wipes) the building is small(2 tables for 2 people & 2 tables for 4 people)! Mostly for to-go options. But there was a lot of confusion there. The bad part is the grease was OLD!!! you could tell by the amount of smoke in there, that the grease was burnt and old. (Either not cleaned nightly or they have over used it and it's done) Either way that took away from the food. Had a old grease taste but it was hot cooked to order. Also the color of the food shows how old the grease is. Chicken & fries should be golden brown. Not...

The manager & general manager are horrible with no customer service skills! I did not get what I paid for and they refused to do my order right so I got my money back and while waiting on my money another customer complained and he was basically treated the same way, you get what we give you & be happy with it! I am a professional in the customer service industry and neither one of them would have a job with their service! Your business IS NOT GOING TO LAST LONG IN BARTLESVILLE with this kind of service!!!!
