Worst experience ever! Brought our own business card in to have more printed and the girl behind the counter DEANN scanned it(Wrong) and it wouldn't center. She then told my husband well here is the self help computer and you will have to do it yourself, I dont know how. WOW! REALLY! So rude and unhelpful. I went and got another girl Ashley to help us and she was very kind and polite and she helped with the process and we were able to order our cards. I really do not understand why people have jobs that they refuse to do. In this economy today we are lucky to have a job. And if you don't like the one you have then quit! Let someone that will do the job, have the job. It is unnecessary to treat customers rude and disrespectful. The sad part of this whole thing is, she new how to order and make the cards but just didnt want too! Thank you Ashley for your kind service and help we really appreciate you and if not for you this would have gotten a 1 star rating instead of 3😊. No directions at self serve FAX! I asked several questions, but the young man didn’t seem willing to come over to help. First of all, the cost to fax 5 pages is RIDICULOUS at $11.43. I got to pay double because the document feeder was not set up properly the first time. I’m sure the employee is probably told to give minimal help so the customer makes mistakes, therefore spending more money. Infuriating. This store overall has really gone downhill. As I walked through, I looked at several items, none of which had prices on the actual item or on the shelf or rack where they were located. Very disappointed. They definitely need to train their staff a lot more on the basics of customer service. Stood in line to have an item shipped for about 10 minutes. Multiples times looked over to about 5 employees behind the front counter looking right back at me. Tried to gesture one over and all i hear is laughing and then finally a young gentlemen came over to assist me. As i walked out the remainder of the employees behind the counter mumbled under their breath "have a good day" and then more laughter. Way to go staples you have some mighty fine...
