Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bartlesville

UPDATE 06 June 2024: Had a mobile order and my almost 15yr old went in to check on it and order the new Dragon fruit freeze to try it. Next thing i know my daughter comes out in tears with a blue freeze and after calming her down found out this "woman" was very hateful to her for no reason. She told her that they no longer are doing that dragon freeze and when she wanted to come ask me what did i want instead she told her "no, if you leave you wont get it at all". I get out and go in with her and there is an older man in there waiting on his Doordash order and she said he was nice to my daughter and talked her down some before she came out to me (she also said "i dont know who would bring a messed up kid like that in a restaurant..-um EXCUSE ME!?.) and I thanked him for being kind to her and letting me know that my daughter did nothing wrong and that they are all kinds of messed up in there bc she was very rude to him as well. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE OVER THIS AND I PRAY THEY FIRE HER!! They even kept giving this other employee the wrong orders for people outside waiting..also if the dragon freeze is no longer available then why is there signs everywhere advertising it? When i went in there she saw me and asked what i was waiting on and i told her mobile order and she wasn't rude to me she was kind of rude to another guy waiting on a to-go order. However, when we were served finally(last ones there) we went out and checked the order and most of the stuff was sloppy. Such as the cheez-it toastada was broken and part of it was flipped upside down on the other part of the box and other stuff. I didn't want to be there anymore..we didnt even get our drinks til we got our food which was like a 20plus min wait after the app said it was ready. I used to work at a taco bell and this was ridiculous representation kf the company. I am including pictures of what i mean..also the little gap in the machine behind her head is where they heat your cheese rollups and stuff, literally watched one of the guys pick the tray up off the floor and put it in the slot!! WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THEM!!?? GET BETTER EMPOLYEES TACO BELL!! I definitely implore secret shoppers to go to this Taco Bell and let it be known their horrid behaviors!

Love it!! Jist wish when you ask for extra cheese and meat on Nacho's you actually get extra. It would help counter how extremely salty the chips are. Definitely would recommend...

This Taco Bell is a 5 star Taco Bell!!! Let me tell you why… first off, my husband and I have went on many dates before marriage and after marriage at Taco Bell here in Bartlesville. We love the food, price and the great attitude every time we go. But here’s the absolute BEST part… The new manager names Casey (hopefully I’m spelling it right) is the BEST MANAGER I’ve ever met!!! Her and her team threw a SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY for my husband Micro and his best friend Robbie. They went ALL OUT! It was the best suprise birthday party ever! Casey the manager kept her word, was a great leader, treated her team with respect, made sure our party had food and cake, decorated for us, made us our own space for the party, helped us surprise them and lowered the blinds for just a bit so we could, printed out stuff with their name, had the team sing happy birthday, she even promoted donating to the Taco Bell scholarship program they have going on and was knowledgeable, she had great balance with serving other customers and also serving our party, they all had an amazing attitude, helped with forks, bowls, taking pictures for us, communicated clearly, took time to help set up the party, let us play games, let someone give a speech to the birthday men and let us laugh and have a great time respectfully. Her team had the place clean and they were all fast with food. They offered to serve us so much more and were so helpful, kind and professional. I could go on and on!!! This Taco Bell in Bartlesville is not just a restaurant, it’s A Taco Bell FAMILY! They made my dreams come true to bless my loved ones (is was a bigger party). I even gave them the poster and pictures with the Taco Bell packets that my husband purposed to me with. Will forever be grateful for this amazing Taco Bell. Casey is the best and so is...

Came in on Halloween in full Captain Delicious Pants cosplay (Deadpool). Ordered our food, got our food, and removed my mask so I could stuff food in my mouth. A large man (manager I'm guessing) came out to the dining area ,where an employee was cleaning, and began to yell at the employee about how he needs to tell adults to remove their masks and children are okay to have them on. Okay I get it it's policy, but here are my issues with the exchange:

1. bruh yelled at his employee for no reason. Dude didn't even take our order or give us our food.
2. he didn't need to yell out "the policy" in the dining room. I have no problem taking my mask off when asked, but don't yell it out hoping I would hear it
3. it was done for show because as he walked off in the same voice tone he said "love the costume by the way".

So large manager guy please think about the situation before you act. I was the only one there in costume. Just come up to me and let me know your policy. Don't yell at an employee who did nothing wrong. I could be completely wrong and the employee was a manager in training that saw us or something, but still don't yell at employees.
