Whataburger — Restaurant in Bartlesville

I have to say recently we had to go to whataburger based on time. LATE!! Like 1am on Thursday night guess that makes it Friday AM technically and 10pm on Monday Memorial day. When I say Crystal is a rockstar I mean it. I app ordered on Thursday night, tired hadnt ate since 7am that day and miserable. I had to wait a long time. But there was a HUGE line. Food was hot and good when I got home (over a 20 minute drive) I did make a stink at the window saying I hope my food is fresh and not old since I sat in line so long like 25 minutes after my food was posta be done. And app said it would be ready in like 5 minutes. Crystal promised it was fresh and said if it wasn't let her remake it. I felt it said it was good and she said really we can remake it right now. I didn't want to be THAT person so went home and it was good. Then Monday night no options after another super long day. So whataburger again and it was fresh and tasty again. Crystal came out to check on us (we were dinning in) she had a nice convo with us remembered me thru the drive thru the other night. Establishment was clean inside and out. I will continue to go to this whataburger especially if Crystal is working!!

Previous Review below. ⤵️⤵️ Service they were friendly. Food wasn't as great as tulsa locations but I'm used to that out of bartlesville establishments. It was hot and prepared correctly fast. Lots of dirty tables and floor was filthy. Kids working there goofed off more than worked. (But again that's bartlesville for ya) eventually they cleaned everything before we left. It stays super busy so I didn't expect alot. Glad there is more food options...

One evening while driving from Tulsa to my hometown of coffeyville me and my wife decide hey why not they serve breakfast after 11. The time was midnight. We stopped thru the drive thru and ordered are regular a lady named Heather was the one on the microphone. She also gave us are food and change from the order she was so sweet. She was very cheerful and so enthusiastic she loved making us smile before we drove away she asked multiple times and reassured if we were ok. Are order was amazing and I would definitely stop again even if it's late because that lady was the best person we could of had attending us. Update second trip around every kid in there was high couldn't even get 1 simple order of wings right. Said honey BBQ and they give me honey butter. Then when brought to the mod attention Mr Luther he copped an attitude and walked away cussing with my 15 year old daughter standing next to me. One day somebody gonna slap his dumb self right in the mouth definitely would never recommend this Whataburger to any one neither for food or quality of service. I hope Joe the owner sees this review he definitely needs to evaluate some employees and get rid of...

I ordered a double meat double cheese burger, 2 orders of onion rings, and a small order of fries. The 2 orders of onion rings were for me. Last time I had them they were so good to me I thought about them for weeks. I bring home my order and there was only one order of onion rings. Really? Food is so expensive I seldom eat out. I was so disappointed I wanted to throttle who ever is in charge of making sure all the food is in the bag. The burger ( shared between 2 people was very good but I probably won't go back. Over $3 for a medium onion rings. Can't afford to eat where you don't get all the food you pay for. UPDATE: Went back today (10-2-24) to give them 1 more chance. I went inside, asked for the manager, and told him what happened. I told him all would be forgiven if I ordered 2 orders of onion rings and he would comp me for 1 order that I didn't get before. The manager actually refused. Said it had been too long. Great public relations Whataburger. I definitely won't be back. And I'll tell everyone I know that Whataburger isn't good for their mistakes.
