I ordered from Ubereats tonight. It was my 1st time to eat at Cocina's. The food was very good. I couldn't believe how fat the flautas were. Everything would have been much better i am sure, but my driver had another stop. I know how it is. Youve got to make a living. That doesn't fair well for crispy Mexican dishes though, but I could tell that the food would have been perfect in the restaurant hot. The cheese dip was stellar, and the Salsa Devine! They give you enough food to feed an army. The flautas were SO fat that they look more like chimichungas. The Chipotle sauce that I got on the side might not please everyone, bcuz it has a sweet & spicy thing going on, but I loved it! I think I will get shrimp next time and try that sauce with it. YUM!!! The tacos were awesome. The meat was perfectly seasoned. I asked for a lot of things to be left off, or on the side and they followed directions to the letter with no problem! That means a lot when you have picky eaters, so we will definately be eating there again. I usually eat at El Molino, but thought I'd try something different this time. I was pleasantly surprised. Horrible experience. After being seated, 15 mins later some one finally takes our drink order after being given chips and salsa. When the drinks arrived, it was a solid 52 minutes before anyone came back to ask if we needed another drink or chips or ready to order. Then after finally ordering and being told twice that it would he bere any minute (additional 20 minutes) finally got dinner. And it was less than mediocre. Here is a photo of to go box... because after 3 hours... I didn't even want to eat. Where sre the bell peppers? I see a spec of green and where are the tomatoes? Yep not one.... Requested to speak with manager, we got 8 dollars off a meal. Should have been more. Which I didnt even care about a discount. Just know that I have never been to your restaurant before, and now I have no intention of returning. I watched 3 different couples come in and eat next to me while this occurred. And as amazing as the kitchen is backed up excuse is.... I shouldn't have to wait an hour to be asked anything or watch 3 different couples come in and out before i even order.

Timing is everything. And tonight this restaurant fell short.

Not worth the time or money. Hope you have a better experience than...

It immediately went wrong when I asked for a beer and it was served to me in a hot glass that I could barely touch straight out of the dishwasher. All the server did was say sorry they weren't cold yet. (Running the glass under some cold water first would have sufficed). I went on to order the shrimp fajitas that comes with tomatoes, onions, and peppers along with the other lettuce, beans, rice, pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole. I asked if they could add in the vegetables in the vegetarian fajitas: the squash, zucchini and mushrooms. When I received my shrimp fajitas I did not have tomatoes, onions, peppers, squash, zucchini or mushrooms as ordered. Instead, I got broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. 🤔🤨 I even pointed at the menu when ordering to lower confusion and inaccuracy. I could tell the server really did not care regardless of what we asked. We won't be back. There are plenty of other Mexican restaurants that can actually bring you what you actually order. Sad, that was our first time visiting. It really was not that slammed. I could understand if they were...
