I paid this location a visit this morning around 8:40am. All staff members onsite did not speak at all once I entered the building. The additional staff member walking through the building as if he was on break with a graphic hoodie, noticed I arrived, looked at me as he walked from the back room and continued to proceed past me without any acknowledgement as well.
Another female employee walked up and also said nothing to me. She taps the register, I continue to stare at her waiting to be greeted, she finally mumbles, " How can I help you?"....I asked for a dozen glazed donuts, I asked asked if it was possible to receive a fresh batch, She shook her head no, I then asked if my order could be warmed up, she followed up another head shake to confirm no.
The drive-thru associate finally looks towards the register and realized my presence, he also did not present me with a greeting. I receive my order and the female(Pig-tail and Maroon shirt) brings my box to the register. She them elongated the hand off, then smiled and told me to have a nice day.
I'm not sure what's going on with management at this location, however employees need to have consistent customer service meetings. Because I'm sure Krispy Kreme would not be happy to know the way employees of their company are showing lack there of proper greetings to valued paying customers, which for some customer, these are faces they see before their day gets starts.

Read moreDecided to go by the fairly new Krispy Kreme store in Bartlett, I pulled up & requested 3 times a 10 count donut hole for my son, 5 glazed & 5 chocilate covered. I could not understand the read back or the total amount given from the person working the drive-thru. I pull forward & was told that my total was $11 & some change! I asked, for a 10 count donut hole? What appeared to be the manager at this point came to the window & said, I said it back to you, so what do you want? I stated that I ask for a 10 count hole split! I gave her the money for the 10 count. When the initial person returned to the window & handed me my order, I noticed the chocolate was not in there! There were 4 people gathered at the window talking, including the employee working the window, to each other being that the store had very few customers. I told her that I did not recieve any chocolate covered & she gave me a look & said "we do not split' & closed the window quickly! Being that my son was in the car & I have come to understand that stupidity & unprofessuonal behavior has been on the rise lately, I simply drove off! She or the store manager did not know that I let my fingers, pen & paper take action to fight BAD customer service. I personally do not like KK, & my son had never eaten a KK donut! Read moreI hate to give this location such a low rating however; I find it necessary! The food is great and; the restaurant is pretty clean however; the customer service is spotty at best! There has been several times we've walked into the restaurant and wasn't greeted nor were we asked basic and fundamental things such as: "can I help or assist you." The associates just stand there looking at us until we decided to speak by placing our order! On a rare occasion, we are greeted and the associates are actually polite and professional. It seems the associates have no clear manager to ensure accountability! During transactions, they talk among themselves laughing at their customer's (making fun at them) which is highly inappropriate! They don't seem to understand the customer's always come first!
I believe if a manager was on the floor holding the associates accountable, these types of negative behaviors would be avoided and; a pleasant and professional experience would be the inevitable and consistent outcome! I really hope the behaviors in this location change soon! It is the most convenient location to us and; we truly enjoy the product!
