Year 2024 review Itās March of 2024 & Iām having the exact same issue I had on 9/3/22 all over again. I still say if I could give this store 0 stars I would without a shadow of doubt. I had a user go into the store to do a phone upgrade only. The user told the agent to do not make any feature changes to the account. The user called me and I also told the sales agent to do not make any changes to my account. Once again to make a feature sale due to the expectations At&t have in place for agents to meet. Itās no surprise the agent changed my $8.99 insurance feature into a $17.99 insurance feature without authorization. Itās no need to change my grandfathered feature when the only thing that shouldāve changed was the device IMEI number. Itās rare to no need at all for me or my several users to file an insurance claim. Itās unfortunate I have to always go to this location because of how far it is to drive to another AT&T store location. I wish this review was being left to say the AT&T Sales agents patterns or practices has stopped & I had a great experience. Itās unfortunate nothing has changed as far as my experiences when it come to upgrading equipment with AT&T at this location. To anyone that still have the old $8.99 that fit your need, I would not recommend upgrading at this location because you will be out of more money in the end on top of your upgraded phone.
Year 2022 review If I could give this store 0 stars I most definitely would. First I would like to say I worked for AT&T Mobility for seven years so Iām fully aware of the ability to keep grandfathered features. Iām aware if a grandfather feature is removed you canāt get it back. Each time a user on my account upgrades their device, they tell the store agents not to make any feature changes. Even after being told, each time the store agents change my $8.99 insurance to $17.99 without authorization. When I ask why the feature was change, the agents would say it had to change with the upgrade. During a phone upgrade the only thing that need to change is the phone IMEI and sim. Store agents are under pressure to make sales so they change my $8.99 feature to $17.99 thinking thatās an easy feature sale. Those tactics work if the customer donāt know they are able to keep grandfathered features, I can only imagine how many customers agents has did this to. I have nothing but problems when I deal with this store, Iāve even had an agent change my grandfathered family plan without my authorization. Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst off my family has had at&t internet and cable only for about 10 years. And we always pay at this store at the kiosk. Well every single time I go in here the employees ignore me, ask me what I'm doing, if I say looking they say please leave unless you plan on signing up with our wireless plans... also I've asked about chargers, phone cases, and more and always they pretty much find any excuse to not sell it to me and only sell to wireless cell phone plan members or people signing up. Also sometimes the kiosk is down. Well guess what if you get in line you will be waiting over 30min. Even though about 2 other registers and employees are not busy. They say it's just for the people with wireless plan help only lines. Also once you finally get help I've had 3 employees say they couldnt process my bill payment and the third time finally someone said yes we can come over here why are you not getting helped. She was very kind and told everyone else that it was ridiculous lying and acting like that and she just had arrived and clocked in. I've been threatened to be escorted out of the store (they do have a guard) but it was just an employee saying that the guard said nothing and knew I wasnt doing anything wrong at all. So basically this store is for wireless cell phones and the plans for them. Do not expect help with cable or internet or home phones at all. Also good luck signing a contract cause they will charge crazy prices, act like you get a free phone each year, and truly you pay them way more than the phone costs to buy outright and get cell service from a provider with no contract or a short contract at least. Also if you dont know once you want to quit the contract or don't sign up again, even if you fully paid for the phone you still have to return it or they just disable it and lock it. So truthfully never pay off the phone or buy one then get service. Your basically wasting money as you never will truly own your cell...

One dude attended me and did not finish and sent a female to attend me, then she drops the phone in front of me, I did not want that phone, I sent it back thru their return serve and cancelled everything, I went to get my refund of what I had paid and the manager wanted me to $45 to place it back in stock...What the hell!!! I had to go to another store to get some help and the only person that attended me right and correctly was Danny Thomas, cool guy to talk too, He talked to a female at Corperate and she said if by Oct 28 I had not gotten my refund they would send me a Gift card with the amount I had paid ....Oct passed and nothing! I went to the store and showed evidence that the refund never made it to my card, I went to the bank, i went to another store, I called again and again and no good customer service!!! Next month will be 1 full year and I still have not gotten my refund back! What kind of management works here???!!! What kind of employees work here???!!! If I could give you guys a Minus 1000 I would give you mins 2000...The worst customer service Ive ever gotten! THIS IS NOT THE STORE TO GO TOO!!! Greedy for the money and I was always told never to go here and I didnt listen...It was true! Really bad customer service and they dont like to send refunds!!!
