Firehouse Subs Bartow Plaza — Restaurant in Bartow

My husband eats here probably every week on his lunch break so I decided to go get lunch from here today. I ordered the kids meal off the online order app because it was $1.00. When I arrived at the restaurant for the curb side pick up, the owner informed me that was a typo on the website and it was actually $4-$5 for the kids meal, that’s fine I told him he could just charge the card I paid with. I guess due to their system they couldn’t do that, and I did not have my card with me. Well when he asked me what I wanted for my two large drinks I ordered, I told him a sweet tea and asked if he had the free style machine because I wanted a lemonade. He then proceeds to tell me that the dinning room was open so I could come fill them myself.. well the whole point of curb side is to not get out of my car, not to mention I had my sleeping baby with me. So I told him no because I had my baby and that I would just take two sweet teas and a fruit punch for my child’s meal. He comes back out with the sweet teas, the child’s sub and my husbands sub. I ordered a brownie with my husbands combo, and I even paid an up charge to get a cookie for my son. I never received the brownie, cookie, or my child’s drink. Maybe he chose not to give them to me since his system has the wrong meal price or maybe he genuinely forgot. But either way, I paid $14.00 and was missing half the items, literally. Had a horrible experience with this Firehouse Subs location. I placed an online order and redeemed my firehouse points. When it was time for me to pick up my order, the order was not made, and the employees would not honor my order. Although I had a screenshot of my confirmation, I continuously tried to show the employees. One employee tried to be helpful and called the manager, who denied my order and mentioned: “no offense” to the issue. He was not in the store but stated he could see all orders placed? I went in there today he was yelling and fighting with a working. And I drove by every day of the guy holding the sing he the day before. I came in today to try it I never had a firehouse subs . I came in and the so called manager was mad and yell at a young worker. I ordered my sub and eat it I had to run to the restaurant to throw up.
