Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bartow

In the beginning, Quick service! Nice staff!

Now that a few months have passed, service has begun to hit the slippery slope. Isn't Little Caesars supposed to be Hot-n-Ready??? Is waiting 8 minutes ready? I don't think so. The last few times I've made the stop, I've enjoyed the waiting wall. Please expand your waiting area or get back on track. Hot-n-Ready means a customer walks in and walks out with a pizza. It's not, walk in, WAIT, and walk out.

03/19...3 strikes and I'm out. Walked in, no waiting, requested a simple order. Once again, the Hot-n-Ready was not hot and ready. Walked out this time. So sad!

08/13...I tried to give them another chance. And guess what? Those Hot N Ready pizzas were cold and doughy, as they weren't made yet. I thought after asking more than once (probably 6+ visits now) why they didn't have pizzas ready like their mantra says they will, something may happen, a change made, a different approach to living up to their company's reputation may occur. Well, I guess I'm expecting too much. Off to Dominoes I go.

10/25 - This is the biggest joke of a Little Caesar's, I've ever seen. Why do they not seem to get it?!?! It's hanging over their head....Hot N Ready!!! NOT!!! If it weren't for my daughter craving this pizza, I would've walked out.... again! After numerous calls to corporate and complaints to management, nothing changes. Do yourself a favor Little Caesars and just close the store down or find a manager that...

Ordered on the app at 5:03pm said 15 to 20 minutes, waiting out side for the app to tell me it's complete and it kept saying cooking. Well I know it doesn't take more than 10 minutes to cook a pizza, Went in at 5:40 young lady was nice but was confused about the order. Only had part of the order ready. Had to put another pizza in to complete and had to wait again. So by 5:56 on my way. This branch need to hire more people to help the few employees you had working. 2 pizzas not hot because the sat on the selves instead of the warmer waiting for the last pizza to be mad. No stars i get charged for a stuff crust pizza an no stuff crust having a lil get together about 10 people so befor i get my pizza theres on 3 pizza left of that kind and they said they cant fix it i could see if i only order that pizza but i ordered 2 other pizzas 2 bread sticks and a large pep cheese bread like really yeah yall suck told my wife to order dominos but nope an look what happens.
