First off just wanna say this kinda service should be unacceptable! Id give zero stars if I could. The guy working the drive thru has no customer service skills at all. Was very rude and very pushy and thought everything was a joke.
I repeatly asked him put no pickles on the spicy chicken even tho he argued the fact they don't come with any. So I get to the window and told him again bro I dont want any pickles on the spicy chicken. 2x I told him this. So fast forward I get my food and leave. Then I get home and find out they shorted me food and my gf takes a bite of her 1 sandwich which is the spicy chicken and there's pickles on it. After all that it still came with pickles. They gave me the wrong food ontop of it.
So I go back up to burger king. And tell them I wanna speak to a manager. The guy laughs and jokes and scream boss lady customer wants to talk and he aint happy. Acting being jokerish. Then they tell me to pull around she will come out. I sat out there for 25 mins waiting for this manager (sheila) to come outside. Got tired of waiting and went back around to the window. And she is just standing there. I told her what happen and she didnt seem like she was very worried at all. Told her about everything and she says well just pull around and ill remake it for you.
Then the guy comes out with my food and still all jokerish and says here your food sir have a nice day like he was trying to be funny if ya kno what I mean.
Final verdict the employee should be fired. And learn how to treat paying customers.
The manager did the right thing by replacing the food.
I wouldnt advice anyone going to this place if they have these kinda employees working. Lucky they don't inquire a law suit for giving me food that could have put my partner in the hosptial after repeatally asking them to not pick pickles...

First off the lady on the intercoms was rude, canât hear and didnât get my order right. I went to the window to pay and gave her my coupon and my card. She looked at the coupon and gave it back. I said you donât keep it? She said no. And then gave me my card back. She pulled us up because they were still making fries. As I waited I checked my receipt and see she didnât apply the coupon. I went inside to let the front cashier know Robert/richard old rude man as well. He said did you tell her you had a coupon before she charge your card ? I said I gave her the coupon with my card and she gave it back. He went to get the manager. The lady in the window proceeds to walk over to me to tell me I didnât hand her the coupon. I stated I gave you the coupon and you also rang my order wrong. I waited about 45 minutes for my refund before I had to leave for prior engagements and told them I will be back. Upon returning. Robert/richard whatever his name was stated do I have the food ? I asked what food? He said in order to get my refund I had to BRING THE FOOD BACK ! I told that old man to go get the manager and DO NOT speak to me. He went to the back, came back to the front with the money in hand. He proceeds to keep talking in a rude manner. I asked him if thatâs my money in his hand, he said yes I grabbed the money. He said this will not happen again. And I stated it wonât if yall had workers that could hear and do their job correctly !    Read moreI went in through the drive through to order a few things and was rudely rushed and wasnât even able to order everything I had wanted , nor did they even ask what sauce I wanted or anything . We eventually paid and got sent to park out front where we waited with a parking lot literally FULL of other people waiting for their orders as well . Theres 6 cars total that were pulled up and we were all complaining on how we were there waiting for over 10 minutes . Eventually this extremely high kid comes out and asks if we had an 8 piece nugget without reading the rest of the order and just handed us the wrong order and left inside . At this point we get fed up of waiting so us and a couple other customers go in . We asked for a refund and then manager rudely read us another wrong order once again . They got really upset that they were apparently making the food for this other order and that we asked for a refund . The manager continued to be rude and ignorant like the rest of them . Definitely the worst âfastâ food place in Bartow . I donât know who the store manager is but your crew needs some retraining or drug tests...
