Dunkin' — Restaurant in Batavia Township

C’mon, morning shift/breakfast employees! 😡

I rarely eat fast food, but for some reason*, I caved in and stopped in.

*(reason being hunger LöL)

Now, the place was hopping, the drive-thru cars were wrapped around the building, so I went inside.

The ladies** were busy as bees. **(it was an all-female staff)

The young lady who took my order was a sweetheart, she smiled and was super friendly.

(she is why I didn't give it one-star)

I haven't been to a fast food place for a while.

So I was shocked to see the prices for just a breakfast sandwich.

But I was like “they must be delicious” Anyway, I ordered a $7.00 breakfast, just the sandwich!

No drink? No side? What? L😧L No coffee? No “tater-tots”?

Well, 🤔...inflation must contribute to these prices.

Anyway. I figured that must be a delicious sandwich 🥪, yeah?

So I get it “to-go”

I was thinking, since I am standing up front, at the counter, there might be a possibility that I wouldn't have too long to wait.

However, I had to wait around 5 minutes for my food.

Which was okay with me, because they were busy.

It's the early morning crowd.

Finally, I got my sandwich, tossed up on the countertop.

I say “thank you” w/no reply.

But that's fine, they are slammed.

So, me not eating fast food that often, I'm kinda looking forward to my $7 sandwich!

I get to work, take a bite, and the bread is damp!

Damp! Damp, as in, kind of wet!

I was like: “dafük”??

They didn't toast it? Not even a little bit?

I was like: “That's what I get for eating fast food, made by teenagers and young adults who obviously are oblivious to the old-school way of customer service”

I know that they (employees) are super busy in the early morning, and they are youths…

But, hey, Dunkin Donuts®, hire a manager to prepare this younger generation on the basics of customer service.

🤔They should give the cashier young lady a raise in wages too! She is the reason why I gave the place 3 ✳️ ✳️✳️stars

But, I learned my lesson:...

I will NEVER come back to this dunkin. Let me preface by saying that I usually go to the one up on beechmont which is SOOOOOO awesome but I recently moved to amelia and this one is closer to me and on my way to work and the one on Beechmont is past my work so I figured I would just swing in this one. I have tipped every single time that I have ever gone to Dunkin Donuts. So today I order online for the first time at this location and must have selected "walk-in" instead of "drive thru". I pull up through the drive through with tip on hand and tell them that I have a mobile order and the girl is all "you chose walk in and it's not ready and the drive thru orders are ahead and blah blah" and then tells me to just pull up to the window. So i pull up and ask if I need to come inside and noone answers me and then a lady who I am assuming is a manager has a total attitude about getting it so I apologize and then she tells the girl that is handing me the food loud so I can hear it and with the nastiest tone in her voice "tell her that next time she needs to come inside!" It was a mistake and they were so rude and nasty about it. Also the food tastes like dirty dishwater so I threw it...

OK so they are extremely rude including the manager. They have literally talked behind my back and they are just the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to literally when I got my drink they told me that that’s how it’s supposed to be made and they made it four times and they couldn’t get it right so I went over to Eastgate and Eastgate made it once and got it right these pictures is the difference between the colors and one has no ice is super dark and gross and water down and the other one is full of ice nice and light taste great but yet this is how the drink is supposed to be made, they said, and the manager just talks about her customers behind their back and it’s so rude and so wrong, when I Talk to the managers at first corporate was there and she was so awesome and nice and acted like oh my gosh nothing was wrong and then corporate gone and now she talks about me to her employees. She’s two-faced.. they cannot make coffee and then Gets really rude when you ask for it to be remade, they tell you you’re a liar, and they’ll say that you do it every day and I definitely have not done this every day.
