Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Batavia Township

I placed an order for 3 people in which I paid for. We get an allotted time for lunch working in Healthcare. After waiting 45min I called to ask if our food would be delivered soon (I work 5min from there). I was told it was delivered....well, it was delivered only to the Amelia elementary school. We missed our lunch, they After an hour delivered our food. I called and asked for a refund and I got told that I would get a credit. I was okay with that for We order from there several times a week. The following week I called to use my credit and he ran it for just 1 sandwich. My order consists of 3 and cost me $30, plus I tipped 20% and a delivery fee. The manager was very very rude, immature, and refused to give me my whole order (how he spoke to me and treated me) . He told me that his boss would contact me. His boss called and to sum up the conversation he basically told me that he has worked with that manager for many years, he was right, I was wrong, but would refund me my money. Y'all literally all I wanted was their wrong made right. I was treated so so poorly, the bro code attitudes they had was pitiful. Using covid as an excuse just isn't cutting it anymore. Customer service is so important, they failed. They lost us, loyal customers. We went to Jersey Mike's! Soooo much better...

We will probably not get Jimmy John's from this location anymore. The last few sandwiches we've gotten here were sub par with today's being the worst. I got a Chicken Bacon Ranch with no bacon, ye i know i'm odd. The first sandwhich we got didn't appear to have any chicken in it, leading me to believe we had gotten a BLT. That isn't a problem it's just a mistake in communication and easily fixable. So my wife drove back to the store to get it corrected and when she got back i once again believed there to be no chicken on the sandwich. It wasn't until i remove everything off the sandwich that i realized there was in face a tiny amount of shredded chicken in there... the sandwich isn't even made with shredded chicken... My wife got a wrap that had 1 slice of turkey on it... So at this point they have had multiple quality issues and now seem to have staff that don't know how to make their food. Hopefully they can get some people in and trained properly and turn this around because we do like Jimmy Johns but we wont...

I went in and ordered 3 sandwiches (saying exactly what I wanted on each) and once I got home with my food, I saw 2 out of the 3 sandwiches were wrong. When I called the store to let them know, they basically explained that they will fix the orders but it was my fault that the orders were wrong and that I didn’t specify what I wanted and “ all i said was the number that correlated to the sandwich. “ even though I did not. As stated at the beginning, I said exactly what I wanted.

Fast forward to picking up the fixed order, another family member of mine went back to pick it up (instead of me). To where the employee decided that would give him a better opportunity to gaslight me (being that I ordered the food) and tell my family member all about how I “definitely did not clarify what I wanted on the sandwiches”. Take responsibility rather than turn nothing...
