Zero stars. I've never experienced such poor customer service. I decided to place an online order from the Batavia location. It was quoted 60-70 mins out for a large pizza. It arrived at 12:12AM (I ordered at 11:10PM). Unfortunately it wasn't fully cooked. The dough was still raw. I sent them an email to let them know since the store closed at midnight. I called them today to resolve the problem. Talk about unpleasant. First a man answered and said he had no record of my order from last night. I asked him to please check my phone number again and told him what I had ordered. He found the order and put me on hold. A woman got on the line and before I could say anything she started yelling about how the pizza was delivered on time. She said that I ordered the pizza at 10PM and it was delivered by 11. None of that was true, but also wasn't the issue. I let her finish before I told her that the pizza had arrived underdone. "Well the dough would be cooked if that pizza was cooked," she responded. "It only takes 7-8 minutes to cook that pizza." I couldn't agree with you more, however, it wasn't cooked! This then turned into another argument about how the pizza was delivered and the driver had returned before they closed. I should have called last night. I offered to show her the phone log where the driver didn't call till after midnight. Then she said I should have called at 9am... After realizing that this was not going anywhere towards a resolution I told her I had no choice but to leave a bad review. To which her response was, "Are you threatening me?" No ma'am, I AM leaving you a bad review. Sorry I don't know your name. You did not tell me. It's unfortunate that a simple mistake turned into a combative conversation. I do not support this location and hope that no one else is ever subjected to that brash attitude...

We have been going here for 10 years & have used them for school sports & fundraising events. Over the weekend, we ordered 6 large pizza's for a family party ($145). We ordered online for the first time, since it seemed the 15% discount was our best discount option. After trying to order once & not finding the location to enter the discount code, we tried again and still did not see it. Then we thought it might be shown after we entered our credit card information. This was not the case. We thought no big deal, just call them the next day & explain what happened & they would make it right. We called & long story short, the man stated there was nothing he could do since it was ordered the day before. I questioned his response since I have been credited back many times, from other vendors, on orders that had been placed previously. He said there was nothing he could do. I asked could you offer us a FREE pizza instead of the credit? (since the 15% discount would have been $20). He said he could not do this. The pizza business is all about coupons & discounting. But more importantly, it is also about loyalty. So now for something that may have cost this company $5 in actual costs (FREE pizza), he has cost his business a long time customer (both personal and potential fundraising).
