Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Batavia Township

I am a loyal customer of Steak 'n Shake. A few days ago, I decided to try Sonic's milkshakes. What was my surprise? It took them too long to give me my order. From the time I arrived at the drive-thru to the time my milkshake was delivered, almost 10 minutes had passed. Someone took my order through the speaker. A very kind Hispanic lady came out the door and asked me what I had ordered. She went back inside, and a few minutes later, she came out again and told me it was $6. She asked me again if I wanted a strawberry milkshake or a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. She asked if I wanted to pay, and I said yes, so she went to get the machine so I could pay with Samsung Pay. Minutes later, she came out with the machine to charge me, and it was more than the $6 she had initially mentioned. She asked me ONCE AGAIN if it was strawberry or strawberry cheesecake. After almost 10 minutes, I received my milkshake. A few minutes later, while enjoying my milkshake, I noticed there was a hair in it, which made me very angry. I wanted to go back and make a complaint, but unfortunately, I was very busy and couldn't go back....

Why sell things you don't know how to make? Every time I go to this location they mess up my blast/master blast. They either fail to put everything in/on it or they just dump it into the bottom and give it to me. So then lucky for me I can go home and stir it myself...pretty sure its supposed to be throughout the blast not just on the bottom. Also not to forget I have ordered there before a PB and CD master blast and they forgot the CD part. This place is awful, someone needs to fix it.

Edit - Sad to see there are other reviews about messing up a blast here. Seriously its ice cream. Put it in and stir, not that hard people. They either don't care or aren't trained well. The food was old and cold the tater tots felt like they never been cooked the fries were old and cold The burger had too much mustard on it they still didn't fix it like I wanted I asked for mayo and mustard not mustard and ketchup I don't know what it is with the Illinois but Lord have mercy help them when it comes to cooking I'm from the south so I'm used to eating good food. I stopped at Aurora's Illinois sonics it's the worst food you can ever eat if you traveling please don't stop here your food will be so old and cold I don't know how corporate work here but hey this is the worst place to eat. I ask for a sweet tea not water tea. The kids meal Lord Jesus it's worser please hire some people that know how to cook cuz whoever you got in your kitchen ...
