First off, my sandwiches tasted fine. What made me write this review was simply the attitude of the people behind the counter.
For starters, the older guy putting the meat and cheese on the sandwiches was so preoccupied with jumping on the girl putting the toppings on the sandwich over every nitpicky mistake that the sandwiches were severely lopsided and assembled terribly. And then he was, quite literally, over this poor girl's shoulder micromanaging every thing she did and she hadn't done anything wrong throughout my entire visit.
As if the old guy wasn't enough, the lady working the register decided to jump in on the micromanagement, and her favorite phrase was, "wrong, wrong, wrong."
The poor girl was pretty obviously almost to the point of breaking down from having these two ride her so hard despite not having made a mistake.
Throughout the whole experience, I don't think the older guy and lady said two words to me. So much for customer service. I'll be more than happy to drive a few extra minutes down the road the next time I want Subway, and I most certainly will be doing so. The rude people that run this store most certainly do not deserve anybody's business, and their employees do not deserve the treatment they receive. Read moreRude, cheapskates, and over charged. 1 I asked for two sides of ranch because they never fill one all the way full and I like ranch and the lady tried to argue with me. 2 I got charged 11.69 FOR ONE SUB and in Milford it’s 9.99 for the EXACT same sub. 3 when I tried to call the number on the receipt to ask why it was so expensive a man picked up and said it’s his personal phone number and I’ll have to talk to his manager then hung up. Then why is it on the receipt?????? 4 they don’t take coupons and previous times when I asked for multiple sides of ranch they try to refuse. Absolutely the worst subway I’ve been to and refuse to go here anymore. The older Indian woman argued with me about how the online order came through and even after I asked her to correct the error, I still came home to a sandwich with cooked veggies! Who toasts a sandwich after all the cold veggies?? I can understand if it was specifically stated somewhere or if I was ordering in person and asked but no only did this woman just assume that’s how it was supposed to be made, she argued with me when I tried to correct her and still sent the wrong sandwich home. I entered a formal complaint because I tried calling the store several times when I got home and not once was it answered, it rang to a generic voicemail that sounds like someone’s cell phone.
