This only applies to the evening crews and corporate. The breakfast crews somehow operate completely differently. They should really look into why & have the breakfast people try to fix the whole place. But as for my experience as a whole, this is literally the worst Hardee's in existence. & since most of them are awful now, that's saying something. This location is the closest to our home, but it is still 45 minutes away. We used to go out of our way for it, but now we avoid it, for many reasons. The service is horrible. The food is even worse. And don't expect any resolution from corporate because their phone number doesn't work & they don't respond to emails. This location couldn't find my order of over $40 in the system. They got me to wait over 30 minutes & it never showed up, but couldn't be cancelled since we waited. What was the solution? They told me to call corporate. When I told them that it doesn't work, give me a good number, they said they don't have one. & refused to refund my money. This was a few years ago now & I'm still out that money with no response. They already messed up almost every order we ever tried to get and God forbid you try to order hot dogs after 6 pm. 99% of the time, they'll tell you they're out until they find out it's a mobile order, which they'll be busted on if they don't fulfill. So then they'll try to convince you it takes too long to thaw them. I do not know why they are so opposed to cooking the hot dogs. But the other night I felt like eating for the first time in weeks after being really sick. I was craving hot dogs so we decided maybe they have gotten better and tried them again. Horrible idea. I ordered through the app and there was no one in line when we arrived. They had us pull up and park even though no other cars were in line or in the parking lot. They literally had no other customers at the time. After 45 minutes of waiting, and during which they only served 2 other vehicles, they finally brought our food out. The hot dogs were burnt beyond belief. They crumbled into dust when bitten. Hard as rocks. When I said I just needed a refund, the one sweet employee there said Can I get them to remake them for you and I reluctantly agreed. 25 minutes later they brought out my food. My fries had to be eaten first while they fixed my hot dogs which is not how I like to eat them. But it was a total of 80 minutes, from the time I ordered my hot dogs for immediate pickup, before I received edible food. At a fast food restaurant. Read moreHate to leave bad reviews but after 4 rude encounters and terrible food, I thought I should warn others. The first few times I went, I tried to get a chicken biscuit and each time the biscuit was burnt to the point of where I could not eat it. The last encounter I had, I ordered a hot ham and cheese and asked to have extra cheese added to it, which I was charged for. Not only did the lady try to rush me through the drive through by repeatedly asking me is that all before I could even say what drink I wanted with my combo, when I got to the window, I checked my order and sure enough, no extra cheese. As I informed her, she shut the window and went and got the cook. The cook then proceeded to tell me that she made my food and she did add the extra cheese and that it had just melted. I tried to show them. And at that point they shut the window on me and walked off. I'd also like to point out that the sandwhich was chilled and not hot enough to even melt the cheese that was on it. Read moreA few weeks ago our sandwiches were great. But, a month ago, my mushroom swiss burger was dry, and they didn't even melt the cheese! They just threw it on the sandwich. Worst burger ever.. Several employees were on breaks on their phones.. one employee parks right by the front door. They were on the clock. It's a hit or miss at this location where we frequent alot. I guess it depends on which cook you get, or what kind of mood their in? This should not be a hit or miss as to sometimes a great burger, and the next burger dry and not worth $1. Their Mgt. team needs to see to it that customers are #1, and every visit should be a happy experience. Burger King and Taco Bell are right beside them, so Hardee's, get with the program.
