McDonald's — Restaurant in Bath (Berkeley Springs)

Where to start here. I'm a traveling musician and our tour bus stopped at the McD's in Berkeley Springs, WV on 4/26/24 to grab a quick bite to eat. I ordered from the kiosk while my bandmates ordered from the counter. Their food arrived way before mine did, but when it arrived, the girl bringing the tray asked my number, sat the tray down and walked away. There was no other interaction. I quickly noticed my order did not have a straw or napkin, both needed by me to consume my meal. I quickly walked around and found a straw but went all around the inside looking for a napkin to no avail. I went up to the counter for approx. 5 minutes before I could get someone's attention to get a napkin. This is the only McD's I've ever patronized that seemed to have an acute shortage of napkins. Once I started eating my quarter pounder that had been sitting for over 5 minutes, I realized the meat was super salty. The Cherry icee also tasted strange. Maybe it was because of what the salty burger did to my taste buds. The floor was dirty but the table was clean. When I went to leave, I noticed another ticket order attached to mine. I hope they got their item. It was a bad experience all...

Stay away! Every single time I go there. They get my order completely wrong. I ask for plain cheese burger every single time like that is hard to understand. You think they would pay attention to that since it takes a lot less time than to put all the toppings on it. But you know what. It comes with toppings on it. Every single time. I give up eating there for 6 months. And think hmm maybe it’s time to give them another chance since it’s one of the only fast food places in Berkeley Springs. Don’t waste your money. I’m tired of wasting mine. Horrible horrible service. Unhappy workers or will get thrown attitude if you say your order is wrong so much so that I would be uncomfortable eating my food after that. Once you place an order. You won’t get a total you will just get attitude and will say. PULL UP! No going back through the order to make sure it’s right. Doesn’t matter if it was anyway because they will mess it up either way. I’m allergic to onions. Guess what my burger has every single time there? Now don’t get me wrong. There are a few nice people there. But the majority are not. I won’t ever be going back there I don’t care that I live in...

Quitessentially overpriced and value void. 8-9 dollars for their premium presentations in a cardboard box. Can you say inflation. No more dollar menus Too many employees that think customer service is when the patron orders from the kiosk or fills his/her own coke. Yes , you to can pay to wait behind one person ordering for six “...and please ring those separate” and “please order everthing ala cart” and please try Use your outdated coupon at the drive though all the while arguing the virtues of your effort. (Whilst I idle another dollar from my tank) or maybe I will stand at the deserted counter waiting to be waited on. Perhaps I will use the app? Maybe i’ll just go fix it myself next time. Watch - they’ll spin it as “the crew member experience” FYOF! (Fix your own food.) Im half afraid this will come true. I give it 2 stars instead of one cause I know the landscaper...
