I’ve visited the W Lee location a few times but my visit on Sunday evening July 30 was less than pleasant! I ordered the same thing I always order which is the Andy’s Turtle Sundae without hot fudge and added waffle cone pieces. The young lady came out to take my order and I thought it was strange she asked what size when I was never asked on previous visits. There was a white SUV ahead of me that had several orders and I noticed they started to drive off but backed up and reached a cup back. It took a few minutes and I heard the male clerk apologize for the mix up. As I got to the window the female who had originally took my order was standing at the window holding 2 cups a shake, and “Turtle Sundae” and when she reached the 2nd cup she stated “this is the sundae I put it in this cup so it wouldn’t spill over” I asked her was this the same cup the previous SUV gave back because I had never had my sundae in a regular cup. She again suggested it was placed in cup to keep it from spilling. I took the cup perplexed because now the ice cream was melted and I’m certain the cup she handed me was the same cup she gave the car before me and for obvious health reasons I don’t want anything open such as a Sundae with no lid, being given to anyone but who placed order. I tossed the cup in trash and wasted my money! Therefore, I will not visit this location again! Extremely disappointed!! Biggest disappointment is the app. We received a free small custard several times already. Every time we tried to used it, the app wasn't working and the email link won't pull up either. Asked the worker and they don't know, which is fine cause I didn't expect them to know about the app. I asked them to ask their manager, they asked and we were told that the manager didn't know either. Manager didn't even bother to come out to talk to us or anything. Just simple, we don't know what's wrong with the app.
Just frustrating cause they want to promote the app and want us to come buy more. However, they don't want to be bothered with the app, especially when our kids wants to use their rewards and every time we try, it's a disappointment. More importantly, we have let several rewards expired because we couldn't use them because when we tried to use them. I ordered the pretzel Caramel Crunch, after I received my order i asked for more pretzel so that i could put them on top of my ice cream and i was immediately told “No” because they had already mixed 1 scoop of pretzels into my ice cream , After i was told no, i then was told that the pretzel were $1.39. Which i had no problem paying i just wanted more pretzels. I then went to talk to the manager who happened to be the same person that told me No. Leslie (The manger) had a very disgusting attitude and horrible customer service. If i happened to be a secret shopper she would have received a score lower than the lowest score on the chart.
