Brew-Bacher's Grill Government Street — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Brew Bachers was on Major Menus 7-30-19 an was an hour late delivering the food to our business. I called at 12:30 and was told that they were very busy and the driver didn't leave until almost noon, when the food should have been delivered. I was also told that there were other places with large orderes to deliver to as well. I understand being busy, but on days like this they should have had a better plan of action. I can only guess they have one driver which is ridiculous on days that they are extremely busy. I called and left my name and was told it would be given to a manager and I would get a call from her. I am still waiting on that call. My lunch couldn't eat because I orderd fried mushrooms. It is kinda hard to re-heat fried food without it being soggy. I will not order from this Brew Bachers again. I was not the only person who had issues and called...

Most of the time I'm happy with my order, I go here so much the server knew my name when I got to the counter to pay for my to-go order. I had ordered a TKO, which according to the menu is a sandwich with turkey, tomatoes, guacamole and alfalfa sprouts. I ordered mine on rye bread My favorite! When I got back to work with my lunch I had turkey, 4 thin avocado slices, tomato and iceberg lettuce on wheat bread. CHECK YOUR TO -GO ORDER because apparently they will just serve you whatever they have on hand and not inform you or ask your opinion about their alterations...

Skip this Brewbachers - go to Drusilla. Food here is pretty bad and service worse. The entrees are also pretty bad here, even tho they are the same entrees as other locations. Had the same entree here as one I get at Drusilla and the one here was awful. Got up to have my drink refilled and when I walked back they had taken away the entire meal in the intervening 30 seconds.

Try the one on Drusilla - much, much better food. This location has a management or cook issue, obviously. I've gone to the Drusilla location for years and always gotten much better food...
