Burger King — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

All the times that I have been here have been pretty good, but fast food these days is a flip of coin so, if you want of course, take this w/ a grain of salt.

Update: was there today and this girl came out to give me my food. I clearly said thank you and she just stared. No "you're welcome" or even "yeah" or "okay" just a blank stare. So weird!

Now that i think about it she had an earpiece in her ear, and probably was playing music. But still, she didn't take it out and and should have; someone might choose to feel unsure of themselves b/c of that.

Ps. They ask you to stand on the side or move back so that the loop of wire in the ground doesn't count down a timer for how long a person has been waiting. (They do it even when there's no one behind.) That's okay, i just feel people should know that.

Disappointed b/c all of my other visits were nice for me.

Update: changing from two to three stars because I had good service other than that time and so think three stars is...

I walked out because of the lack of customer service. I stood there Unacknowledged for close to 10 minutes. I leaned over and asked if they are not serving for dine in? She told me to hold up. A few minutes later a girl came to the counter and asked "what do you want" and I responded with, hey, how are you? And she looked at me with such disgust .. she turned and walked away with out anything but some swear words .. person in window asked what happened and I said I have no idea. I had a coupon on my phone and I asked how to use it, and she also said just order on your phone, and walked away. After another few tries of trying to figure out the app, I walked away. I have no idea what's happened to customer service, but it's dead and gone! Without people coming to purchase, there would not be a job... so why not have the vasoconstriction respect, much less some customer...

I ordered and was Asked to pull around in order to wait for my food, which I did, However then five more cars after me were asked to do the same thing. There were seven people waiting outside for their orders. I gave 3 stars for service was because the person at the window did not inform me or anyone else I'm sure that there was going to be a 20 to 25 minute wait for our food. The person did apologize for the wait when they brought my food. But it would've been nice to know ahead of time. Since I only have a thirty minute lunch for my lunch break from work and I wad late getting back. I also was not told the total amount of my order. It did not show up on the screen, Nor was I even given a receipt which I had thought might have been in the bag when they brought my food which it was not next, time I'll sure to ask for that. Food wad really good though,...
