CC's Coffee House — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

My last few visit have been worse. My most recent order, bacon cross aint, muffin and Turtle mochasippi with whip and the works. The woman on the speaker was short, dry, rude n it just doesn’t sound like she wants to be there. Of course the wait for way longer than I’m use to, I was late for work. My turtle mochasippi had barely any flavor, just tasted like water and chocolate. They didn’t put whip and the works, I always do that. Because the woman in the speaker really just was not caring if she got my order put in correctly. I normally go to the Arlington Lee drive location right near my house but I’ve been giving this location a chance for the last month and I’ve been more and more disappointed.

I’m a very loyal customer who goes at least 3 times a week and this location is not a good look on the brand. Arlington is way better, even at 6 am, they have some sort of energy and you can tell they like what they.

I think I’m done with bluebonnet location. They only have a one star...

Entered the shop, only wanted coffee and a muffin. I had no desire to stay inside, I was going to leave once I purchased the products. Girl at the register asked if I had a mask. I said no. She handed me a disposable one, I said no thanks and tossed it on the counter and turned to exit the building. She ran to the back of the store like she was either terrified or going to tell on me. Grow up. Additionally, there were people sitting inside the building without a mask. Either everyone is required or no one is required. But based on HIPPA laws, you can't make me wear one and you can't ask why I won't. I'm fine not drinking Community coffee any longer. It won't make a difference to the bottom line to lose 1 customer. But either EVERYONE is required to mask up or it is customer choice...you can't have...

Had to stop going here as often as I'd like. There's no consistency with the Espresso No. 22 drink I order each time. I often drive off realizing they didn't add any sweetener, and more times than not, it's lacking in the amount of espresso it should have. It's a pricey drink, so I'm expecting to get the caffeine I'm paying for. I started going to another location near my work, and they get it right. This location is closer to home and more convenient, but I've been avoiding it recently. The employees at the window are lovely, but something is lacking in the training for making these drinks at this location. Have had this problem for at least...
