CC's Coffee House — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

I went through the drive thru to buy a gift certificate but did not order it at the speaker, instead ordered at the window. No cars were before me or behind me. I was scolded by the drive thru worker for not ordering it at the speaker. So I’m thinking really what difference does it truly make? I proceeded to tell him that it was more convenient to me as the customer to order it at the window because it was raining hard and I did not want to get wet. He still proceeded to tell me it should have been done at the speaker. So rude. I drove off and spent my hard earned money at Starbucks. Never going back here. Rude...

Kathrine was the absolute best! We came to the Lee location and were halfway through our order when she asked if we had cash because their credit card machine was down. We said no I’m sorry we don’t have any cash and were thinking we were about to have to leave without our CC’s fix...

I truly hate this CCs. I work at a coffee shop and always try to give them so much grace, but they are always so rude and inconsistent. I don't know if their headsets are broken, but no matter how you order, they can never seem to hear you which results in many messed up drinks/food in my experience. When I ordered my drink this morning, the barista over the headset said "yeah I have no idea what you're talking about". Just poor customer service. Usually, inside they are nicer but that's about...
