Subject: Exceptional Dining Experience at Cheng's Restaurant and Bar
Dear Fellow Foodies,
I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction and appreciation for the exceptional dining experiences I have had at Cheng's Restaurant and Bar over the past four years. Throughout my numerous visits, I have consistently encountered remarkable food quality, attentive and professional staff, and an owner, Mr. Philip, who genuinely values and cares for his customers.
The Mongolian dish, featuring finely sliced beef stir-fried with yellow and green onions in a mildly spicy sauce, stands out as a personal favorite. The Five Spices Chicken and Stir-fry Green Beans are also highly recommended for their delectable flavors and textures. Additionally, the Pork & Vegetable Dumplings, available pan-fried or steamed and accompanied by the restaurant's signature sauce, are a must-try.
I wholeheartedly recommend Cheng's Restaurant and Bar to anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience. The establishment's commitment to culinary excellence, attentive service, and customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Read moreMy wife and I really enjoyed lunch today at Cheng’s. We recently moved to BR and have been looking for a Chinese restaurant to replace the one we enjoyed for many years in our previous hometown. I think we found it at Cheng’s. The food was very good. We both had lunch combinations which included an entree’, fried rice or lo mien, 1/2 California roll, egg roll and a little fruit. She had Kung Pao chicken with lo mien and I had Sesame chicken with fried rice and a cup of hot and sour soup. We shared samples from each other's plate and we both agreed everything was great. The food was served in a lacquered box tray which was a nice cultural touch. The restaurant has a sushi bar and lounge as well. We met the proprietors, Bonnie and Phillip and found them very personable and eager to please their customers. The location is a little awkward to navigate to but worth the effort. After the first trip, it's easy to find again. They are located just off I-10 at Essen adjacent to the Drury Inn Hotel. Follow Waze or Google maps to get there or cut through the Drury Inn parking lot heading for their tall sign. I noted they do take out through Uber Eats as well. Well worth...
