Every year I went there because I love the decorations, the healthy environment and the friendly staff. But today it was different The decorations, the healthy environment good. But the staff it was rude. When it was time to go the press this noise sounds to everyone left the place. I was just eating my ice cream because I had a surgery last week in my throat. It came this lady to said "you have to go, i have to clean " i told her My daughter don't get the pumpkin she just want to take the pumpkin" I told her. She let my daughter took the pumpkin but she just said everyone need understand to left i have to clean". It was a place that before I feel mindful and peace. That's why I visited many time. It was my place to stay in peace. But this volunteer lady just throws her inside trash to my soul. Please be careful with volunteers. If you are doing a volunteer be kind or not do it. I'm not sure if I will do next year. It ends with a unpleasant ends. Thank you volunteer she was a thin, around 50 years old, white and black hair abd pony tail lady. you aren't a...

These aren’t really traditional botanic gardens with paved paths and cultivated displays. When we went in May, the muddy paths were flooded and the limited number of flowers were in pretty rough shape. The planters also feel disorganized, haphazard and generally underwhelming. That said, the tree trails seem like a great place to see natural environments and untouched marshes. Would have been a great experience if this area was advertised as a “Nature Center” and we had worn hiking shoes instead.

EDIT: We did visit the park after a rainy week, but I still think the Gardens would benefit from paved paths and a more intentional layout. Volunteers can do a lot, but funding and development is most needed. Thanks for...

This is an awesome park with tons to see. There are trails to walk on, a beautiful garden to walk through, lots of roses and flowers to see, a large playground and children's garden for the kids to run around in. The best part is there is plenty of shade on the trails and a portion of the playground so it's not hard to beat the heat while you're here. There's always different events going on at the Burden Garden so finding something to do is never an issue either! I love coming to this place with my family just to get away. It almost makes you forget you're in the middle of...

The flowers and the trail are beautiful. It is great for people to come visit and the trails are easy to walk. Sadly, its right next to a highway so your entire visit you will hear cars going by. The cool looking rustic village/museum at the back of the property is 10$ to see just the building and you pay extra to walk through the rustic buildings. Great for school field trips but for the average person the cost is not worth it for the museum. Its a beautiful garden with amazing colors.
