Ok I'll be completely honest last night on 10/20/21 my 2 friends and I went through the drive-thru. My one of my friends has never eaten here so that's the main reason we came. At the drive-thru window things started off right. nice greeting and I told the person working the drive-thru we needed a minute and she seemed fine with that "ok let me know when you're ready". We did take an abnormal amount of time to get the order together which I know can be annoying to the work staff but as I was speaking the order after each item the young lady ask "That's All" and I ordered for three people so after each item I said she responded "That's All" she didn't wait there was no pause to see if there was more just I say an item and the immediate response was "that's all" I understand people are people and do people things. But to say she was being so rude and no one in there respectfully corrected her shame on the whole crew then after all that they still messes the order up we had to wait for 2 blizzards and didn't get an order of fries but we didn't care at that point just ready to leave. Only reason they got 2 stars cause my cheese cake blizzards was on point I cook too so I know what it's like but your supposed to maintain a certain level of professionalism for your own self image...
Read moreI have been to this location on multiple occasions especially when having a taste for ice cream or joining friends for hanging out with eating ice cream. Besides the need to tighten up on the food side and have available advertised specialty ice cream; in general, DQ is our place for ice cream. Dairy Queen has been around for a long time. Things you probably didn't know about Dairy Queen: The first Dairy Queen in the U.S. was located in JOLIET, ILLINOIS; The original store was deemed Dairy Queen because Jack "Grandpa" McCullough, the "driving force" behind DQ's soft serve, said his creation was a queen among dairy products. And just like KFC and Coke, they'll never reveal the ingredients. The formula is kept in a safe deposit box and there are only a few keys to it; According to the company, there soft-serve does not qualify to be called ice cream; To be categorized as ice cream, the minimum butterfat content must be 10 percent, and our soft-serve has only 5 percent butterfat. Finally, I believe Dairy Queen is an American company and if I can continue interacting with cashiers as the cute, kind attitude young lady who coincidentally always there when I visit location; it's worth...
Read moreWhen I was a little girl Dairy Queen used to be a treat for us. Couldn’t wait until the weekend to go. I must say I was disappointed. I got a Sundae, they were out of brownies while having a huge ad for a brownie Sundae, and I also ordered a salad. I was told to pull up for my salad. (Meaning I had to wait.) The lettuce was wet, I mostly had the bitter core of lettuce, which was in hunks. I had 3 huge chicken chunks for protein. When I asked the young lady who brought my salad out could I have some extra croutons because there were literally 5 in the prepackaged bag, she told me she would bring me more but she’d have to charge me for extra! All I could do was laugh in that moment. You made me pull up for a far less than mid salad full of lettuce chunks and to further inconvenience me you tell me I have to pay for an extra 5 croutons??? I said “nevermind.” I literally stay 2 minutes down the street from this store. Never again! I literally threw all of it in the trash. I will happily drive to Chic-Fil-A next time to get both with quality service. It makes no sense how employees and these owners don’t even care about putting out quality food to paying...
