I always order a Venti Vanilla Latte with Soy Milk. ALWAYS NO FOAM because I can't digest it. I had a young lady try to make it, but there was foam on top which gives me a lot less to drink. When I asked if she could remove the foam, she said yes. She gave me my cup right back and yet, there was still foam. I asked again, and she tried to defend that she couldn't do anything else. I knew better because I never have the issue when I go. I figure, if I place my order and pay, why is there an issue with taking an extra step to skin off what I can't have. To me, it's simple..I ended up being stressed. Another team member tried and she was trying to tell me something else about the oz in my cup. I offered to buy a 2nd Latte since my request was turning into a serious issue. Finally, another team member asked how could she help and FINALLY, my order was filled. She took the extra step to help me. I didn't get her name, but SHE made me happy. Some young adults have 0 patience when working in the public. If it's too much, maybe try something different. Read moreI visit this Starbucks on a regular basis and usually everything runs smoothly. Yesterday however, I used the app to order ahead for my husband and I. When I got there our drinks weren't ready so I waited. After a few minutes I asked about my order and it hadn't printed to be made. The guy at the register told me that the girl making our drinks was still training. I told him that I understood. I then suggested kindly that he go and help her as she seemed she could use the help. He went and helped her with some drinks which I thought was nice. I was sure to tell him that I wasn't being rude but that I had to get to work and that's why I was so persistent. My drinks were finally being made by the girl in training but I did have to ask him again to help her finish because she started making other drinks before mine were complete. I walk in with no customer in the store at that time, that girl come to take the order without saying hello or what can I get it for you?, she was rolling her eyes in front of me and don’t even say a word after that then slam the scanner in front of me.
