Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Terrible customer service!!! I ordered 2 pizzas today, they were very dry. I called and asked if it can be remade or if they can just simply add more sauce. The first person hung up on me. I called again and spoke with an young lady who claimed to be the assistant manager. She was very rude, I asked if I can bring the pizzas back and have them done correctly. She asked me how many slices were left, one had 7 slices the other had 7 1/2 slices left. She told me to bring them in and they will remake them. I sent my fiance to bring them in, when he arrived they took the pizzas to the back then told him they can't remake them. So now we've wasted gas going back and are eating cold pizza. I called back and spoke with the same girl, this time she claimed that her district manager was there and said they can't remake the pizzas. I asked her why would she tell me that she will remake them if she was unsure about it. She couldn't really answer so I asked for the DM but she said he wasn't there anymore. I asked for the store manager, she said he wasn't in either. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional. An assistant should know how to handle situations when her managers aren't present. It's quite obvious that either she's in need of more training or she should read the company's handbook so she can know how to treat customers and handle all situations. According to the website Dominoes guarantees to either remake your order or issue a refund. Neither was done! I myself am a store manager and never will I treat a customer this way! I talked with the corporate office, the guy was very nice. He said he will bring this to the franchisee's attention. I'm hoping he do as he say he will. Dominoes has lost a loyal customer...

Pros: For inexpensive take-out pizza, Domino’s can’t be beat. For consistently high-quality, fast pizza this Domino’s can’t be beat. My pizza is always prepared quickly has never been wrong, ever. Like 75-100 orders since the beginning of Covid and not a single problem with my food. The staff are lowkey and pleasant, which is exactly the energy I’m looking for when picking up pizza at 10 pm. I almost always pick up my pizza because I live nearby. The one time I had it delivered, the estimate was 25-35 minutes for delivery, which was fine, so I started doing other things. Dude, I was confused when I heard a knock 15 minutes later and had to run to the front door in a robe. Apparently someone was ready to deliver my pizza as soon as it came out of the oven. It took less time to get my pizza than it would have to preheat the oven to cook one at home. Even on Super Bowl Sunday, I got my pizza within 20 minutes.

Cons: I’ve occasionally had to wait in an awkward, long line because the parking lot doesn’t fit multiple cars in a row, but that’s usually because someone decided to order at the window and not move until it was ready. I’ve also had them not notice me at the window twice. However, I would say that these were five slightly annoying experiences...

Customer Service Rep cancelled my order as the delivery guy was standing in my driveway looking at me because when the tracker said 'Delivered', he was really over 5 minutes away & I had gone to look not only at my house, but also my neighbors houses to see if it got delivered there. I called and he couldnt give me any information but told me that the driver would be there soon. So then why did the driver report as delivered when it was not?

Fine. I am livid, but I am hungry & I placed this order with a gift card so either way, I am not getting my money back. Called the location to ask why the rep would tell me one thing and do another, talked to the mgr, she said they would remake my order and get it out. Well that took over an HOUR.

So, I called and the rep says 'uuuuuh yea it is going to be a while longer' ???!!! what are you talking about man? I ordered this over 2 hours ago. So I went to pick it up myself & I am not a happy camper. Get home, only to realize they forgot the dang salad so I had to go back... again.

3 hours later we aren't even hungry anymore, just flabbergasted & dont want to eat right before bed so the salad got nibbled on & 90% of the pizza is in the fridge.
