This is my official review of this business and will not be changed as I will not do business with this company in the future. I have 3 major issues with this business which made me uphold my review of 1 star.
Repair quality Customer confidentiality Business relation
I had taken my Samsung Note 4 into this business for a repair and soon after the repair the screen started to rise up from the frame. The tech was not able to repair the phone so the button would not stick. After returning on 3 different occasions the button was still not repaired it does not feel like it supposed to. I had showed the tech how the button supposed to feel and he agreed that the repair was indeed poor - the button and screen did are not aligned. There are other businesses in the area that could have repaired my phone the correct the first time. Like System Wireless. They repaired my Note 5 screen with no button problems.
Customer confidentiality. When I was getting my phone repaired my friend mentioned that I threw my phone down. The Business owner responded to my unedited comment by repeating parts of a conversation he was not part of with out my permission. Also the business owner said I did not have enough money for the repair so he discounted it. When in fact I did not want to pay for such a repair when I could buy another phone. The business owner should have not said this as it is not a proven fact only his opinion he tired to say he repeated parts of our conversation because he may can sell me a frame.
3 .I think the business owner thinks he can repeat anything someone says in his store. If this would have been any other reputable establishment he would have been fired. You can not discuss private conversations with out consent and then post it on a public forum for 2 weeks. Another commented below ms Fridge commented on his harsh statements and the business owner then attacked her insinuating that we know each other which is another poor way to handle business relations He should not make accusations without the facts.
The business owner thinks he did not do anything wrong and wanted to settle this by refunding me only for the labor not the part. 75 out of 220 dollars. I applaud the owner for this refund but this little money does not justify how I paid all this money for a faulty repair and have the owner of a business make false statements on line bashing my character.

Read moreSo long story I'll try to keep short...After filing a claim with T-mobile on April 27, 2024 after my cell phone screen had been cracked and needed to be fix I was told to bring it into CPR Cell Phone Repair. My very first encounter coming here and after having gone through the hassle and back and forth with T-mobile and Assurant whom is the third party company T-mobile is affiliated with and handles all claims sent from T-Mobile, Chris and his other store colleague were very helpful, patient and understanding to my situation. Apparently my initial claim was filed wrong through T-Mobile and Assurant ended up denying my claim and stated the reason was "my phone wasn't ensured at the time the claim was filed". This was very much so incorrect and had really pissed me off. Chris took his time with me as I contacted T-mobile to find out what was going on. He even took the time out to help me file another claim through Assurant. In this whole process I was without a cell phone for an entire week because of lack of communication from Assurant and poor customer service on their end as well. After calling the T-Mobile customer service line and actually speaking with a customer service rep whom also stayed on the line and connected me with an Assurant agent which took an 1 hour and 1/2 of being on the phone trying to get down to the bottom of this whole mess I was finally able to get my claim reprocessed and approved so that my phone could be fixed by CPR cell phone repair. In this whole messy and unnecessary situation Chris has been nothing but empathetic, professional and patient with me. He's gone above and beyond in providing the best customer service skills and I truly and gratefully appreciate Chris and colleague for their professionalism and mannerisms they have shown. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of cell phone repairs or other electronic devices needing to be fixed. Read moreWow! They exceeded my expectations!!!! I went in because I was having an Audio IC issue with my iPhone 7. My speaker button was grayed out and I couldn’t hear anything and no one could hear me. My phone only worked if I was using Bluetooth to speak.
Of course when I went to the Apple store with the issue, they just wanted me to upgrade and get a new phone. No option to fix it whatsoever. So frustrating since the phone is only 1 year and 3 months old. So they wanted me to spend anywhere from $399-$1,000 on a new phone when it was a known hardware issue that they had!!!
I am so grateful I went to CPR!!! The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. As soon as they saw my phone and the grayed out speaker button, they knew what the problem was. The told me it would take about a day to fix, which was a perfect turn around time because I was going out of town the next evening. Well when they called me the same day I dropped it off to tell me that the phone wouldn’t be ready until 6pm the following day, I asked if there was anyway it could be available sooner since I was going out of town. They stayed LATE that night working on my phone to make sure I had it in time before I left out of town. Amazing customer service!!! AND it was only $189 to fix when Apple wanted me to just get a new phone!
