If you doordash here you either accept you are going to get a late infraction and wait on your order or you accept it and then just sit there and wait for the 5-10 minute over time from pickup to unassign "worry free". I have never and i quite literally mean NEVER had an order on time or under time. Not once. Hell ive never had an order under 10 minutes that is the required pick up time It actually blows my mind how it doesnt matter how long as a door dasher i wait to walk inside.. i could wait 5 minutes. 10. 15 hell ive walked in 20 minutes over the time im supposed to before and ofc its never done lol. Well this is the time i finally make a review. A few days ago on i think thursday Im picking up for a grilled cheese and fries and i have 15 minutes from time of accepting it while already being here to walk in. So i walk in with 2 minutes to go. See there is literally one person in the store and i ask if mine is ready and what do you think the answer was??? (Edited to come back to say i waited another 10 minutes until i walked out which means it took more than 30 minutes since i dont get the order until at least 5 minutes after them. So 30 minutes close to close to make a grilled cheese and fries lol) just dont get it man... there are ALWAYS at least 4 employees in here and it should take ONE 5 minutes MAX to grill and fix a burger but it ALWAYS takes like 20 and thats with MULTIPLE patties being on the grill at all times. EDIT 1 7/6/2024 Finally got through almost 30mins later due to the phone issue, where we spoke with a woman named Ella. We explained the situation and she told me she would return our call, because she needed to speak to the manager. Ella calls back and explains their delivery is through a third party service and there is nothing they can do about the food, but could offer us a refund, to which we'll now be waiting on that. The entire situation was entirely inconvenient for my family. I'll return with an update, once we receive a follow up from the management team.

My husband placed an order at 5:21pm, the food gets here a little after 6:05pm— We ordered 5 burgers and a large fry to split for my family; this driver shows up with a greasy bag of squished up burgers and an empty cup of fries— for over $60, $42 for food and $18 in fees including the tip?! And this is how y’all serve folks? We can NOT get through to the store, the lines are either down or too busy, but this is absolutely...

The cost of this food is highway robbery! I visited 5 Guys to see if it was as good as I had heard it was — it isn't. The restaurant was very clean and everything looked well taken care of, but outside of that you will be disappointed. As you can see from the pictures of my order there's nothing to what you get. What you see in my opinion isn't worth $21.37 with the tip included (at least they let you choose if you pay for that or not)! No lettuce, no tomato, and no onion for $9.59; you have to ask for that instead of it coming by default (at least there free of charge)! The only semi good thing about the order is the fries. There were plenty of them and they tasted pretty good, not $5.29 worth but good. Over all I'd say that if they would cut the price of everything in half (and the toppings come on my order by default) it would be worth a trip, until...
