I truly dont think i’ve had a worse experience at a McD’s. I’m pretty easy to please, give me a subpar bacon mcdouble and i’m happy…So we order on the app, wait in our spot for a few minutes, nbd, switch it to drive thru to see if they can get our food out faster, get into the drive thru and they never respond, wait a bit longer, its about to be lunch rush and we understand. No one talks to us, so we park and go inside. The regional managers are on their laptops, no one at the front and they refuse to acknowlege i’m standing there. A few doordashers pick up food from the window and tell me how slow this place is. After 5 minutes goes by (we’re at a 27 minute ticket time at this point) FINALLY a manager comes and asks what we need, she gets it out for us but we didnt receive our drink and proceed to wait another 5 minutes. By this time the fries are ice cold, the burgers are wrapped as if we cussed them out in the back, and the nuggets are rock hard. Judging by the google ratings this seems to happen on a daily basis. To the regional manager in a bright yellow LSU polo who pretended he was on a phone call to ignore me, consider doing your job better and get on the line when your employees are swamped with orders. Read moreEvery single employee there has an attitude and speaks uneducated. Firstly, they gave me the wrong sauces. I asked for buffalo and they gave me barbecue. So, I told the worker and she gave me a whole attitude that the sauces were in the bag(clearly not the sauce I asked for). When I took everything out of my bag to find the 2 barbecue sauces so I could give them back to her(yes, they fight for 2 sauce packets, Chick-fil-A would never.), I noticed I was missing my large fries. She asked for the receipt and she said “No, the fries are in there and they’re large you can keep them”. I said yes, they’re large because they came with the large meal and I had also asked for an order of medium fries. First they couldn't handle two drive thru lanes. I was in the second lane and they took three cars in the other lane while telling me to "hold on", after I had to prompt them for attention. Nope! I pulled around. That's ridiculous.
Secondly I had a mobile order of a SINGLE item and they couldn't figure it out, or all the other cars parked in the mobile pick up spots. The worker had to keep running back and forth. It was terrible.
Third, I was given the wrong sandwich. It was cold, too like someone had returned it. If I wasn't on a time crunch I would have returned it. Lesson learned i guess!
Never again. The fact that there are so many poor reviews from months ago and it's still just as bad shows management...
